The actual package in itself was good! The mattress cover came with a small stain. I was a little bit confused because when I read the website, it sounded like the packages were meant to be IN my room when I arrived, however, they weren't. I think this could be about my residence though, and not Student Essentials itself, so nothing to be done.

My order arrived just minutes after I moved into my room, so the timing was perfect. The bedding is very comfortable and warm, I definitely won't be cold even in winter.

Manager sent me an email immediately when he/she found out it was the wrong order, and I changed it with fast refunding. And when I found out it was the wrong size, the manager gave me another bedsheet quickly. The bedroom bundle is comfortable and soft. All in all, it was a nice shopping experience.

I am very happy with Student Essentials. I didn't have to carry all these heavy things from the store to my new home. I just recommend to place an order 3-4 days in advance so that everything is delivered to your arrival. The website is very convenient as well.

As soon as I arrived in my accommodation, my Student Essentials were already there! The pillows are extremely comfortable, the duvet is perfect, and the bed sheets are of a very pretty colour. I am very glad to have chosen Student Essentials. Thanks to them, I was able to arrive to my accommodation without being stressed about buying beddings!

Very user-friendly order process. Staff were also very helpful and responsive to any queries. Was very grateful to find my box of bedding waiting in front of my room door after a 22-hour journey from halfway around the world. Product quality, even for the budget items, is very good.

Although there was a small issue with the delivery in my accommodation, Kostas was very fast to act and caring. He made sure I had bedding straight away, providing me with excellent customer service! In terms of the bedroom products, they are all high quality and I am very satisfied.

As a self isolating incomer, it was so handy not to worry about packing everything I need for my quarantine and onwards. Otherwise I would have struggled being overloaded. Delivered to my door once I had arrived, everything was there as planned.

The duvet I originally received was small for the bed, but I was sent a replacement in a bigger size. This is very appreciated, and the timeliness of both delivery and customer service responses was really pretty impressive!

My bedding was waiting for me when I got on campus! It's very soft and comfy and the colour is also very pleasant- it really brightened up my room and made it feel more like my own :) 10/10 would order again!
