From the very first quote on airfare, Emma has been great in providing advice and suggestions for my trip to LA. I was very surprised with the service and the prices were very reasonable! During the trip, I needed additional help on the road and Emma responded very quickly. I wil definately be back for future trips! Thanks for being there!!

best travel agent i have ever dealt with!

My original travel agent was excellent, however she left her job a few weeks after flights were booked. The next agent that I got in touch with never returned my email regarding a car quote, then when our flight got changed by the airline another agent let us know but neglected to tell them about our dietary requirements so my partner barely got to eat on the long flight. I normally organise my own travel and will probably go back to doing this in the future.

Nathan was excellent. Remembered us from a previous occasion, which was why we followed him to Collingwood. His follow up was top class, making sure all had come through. (Booking by phone and lap top.) Always cheery and polite. Very helpful with all advice.

Great service and knows what we like. Carleigh Wheeler has been our consultant for the last few trips. Well done.

Our agent planned the perfect holiday. Picked the best Thailand locations in the best orders to visit. Not knowing much before going in, this was a huge help.

I dealt with student flights in swanston st & found the manager Ezi to b very helpful& knowlegable . I would like a better choice of insurance when u want to change ur plans .

Excellent customer service. Dealt with both Lucinda and Ben on two different occasions, they where both brilliant and full of information. They put up with all of my questions and they never had a problem offering suggestion and answers ! Highly recommend Student Flights !!

Student Flights found me an inexpensive trip, and were efficient in making the bookings. They made sure I had assistance on every leg of the trip, and had an aisle seat for ease of access. Nadia from student flights in chatswood is fantastic. I have been booking my holidays with her since she worked at the Macquarie uni store and I followed her to give her my business all the way to the chatswood store. Her level of friendliness and approachability is outstanding and she has been very helpful with buying trips that cater to my needs and price range. I always have good flights from Nadia and good holidays.
