Quick booking process and great support while I had some difficulties booking a ticket

Until today I have not received a confirmation of my exact reservation. Only your resevation number.

The agent that helped me was very responsive, and the price was the best i could find on the market for my travel dates.

Answered on time and resolved my conflict. Im quite grateful because I had booked the wrong dates and they helped me cancel and get nearly a full refund.

The offers are better than other online agencies. The customer service is also helpful. This is not my first time to book a flight ticket on Studentuniverse and it is always my first place to look for a flight ticket.

Unfortunately, one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

1- I paid 56 dollars more(plus tax) for my wife's ticket yesterday when I bought a ticket from your site, just because she felt dizzy while sitting in the middle row of the plane and had to be on the side. Today, when she entered the flight hall, she called me and said that another number is written on my flight card and the person in charge here tells me that your purchase is pending and not confirmed. She had answered but the money has been fully paid. But he replied that if you have paid, you should request a refund. But this will not be compensated only with a refund because my wife is sick and I am now very worried about how she will be during the 9 hours flight to Frankfurt.

2- This was the first time I saw that the terminal number was not mentioned on the ticket. There was no reference to asking questions and you had not written any information on the ticket. I randomly chose terminal 1 which was wrong and we should have gone to terminal 3. In addition to the loss of the parking fee, we lost 30 minutes, along with a lot of anxiety and worry, and of course, on the next flights, my wife will have to find her flight terminal by referring to the guides and asking questions.

I do not recommend this site. They just declined your credit card and when you call them they just hike up price in minutes.

Always buy tickets with 100% refundable option. If you miss this option while booking your ticket, you will end up loosing money with Student Universe. That's the mistake I did. They took one month of my time plus $126 approx extra and plus an additional unnecessary stress. When I used my future travel credit to rebook my tickets, they asked for an extra $134 which inculded $50 airline fee and the rest $84 the difference in fare. I understand there is a airline fee when you cancel your initial booking and reschedule it, but the difference in fare was absolutely wrongly charged to me. The ticket price on the website was actually less price than my future travel credit value. After 3 weeks of rigorous follow up they called me and said that airline cannot access your credit card so the previous payment didnt go through. So the airline actually overcharged you so they want to refund you back but before that you will have to pay an extra $42. Finally $84 + $42 = $126 overcharged and the airline never refunded me the money.

Student Universe are absolutely cheaters and they overcharge and give trouble to customers especially when you reschedule your flights. My advise is to never buy tickets through them to avoid everything.

I really love the Student Universe platform for booking Flight tickets.
They are the best and they gives the flight tickets Cheaper than all other booking sites.
This is my Second time that am booking flight through them.
Their customer service is Marvellous where they resolved my issue immediately with payment failure.

The whole process was very easy.

Extremely poor. This website did cheating with me. Overpriced ticket. The website charged me more price than the expected price without check-in bags. I will never this website in future

I would give it 0 stars if possible. They cancelled my flight order twice because my card would not go through. But when I tried other travel sites, the same card works! Site is difficult to navigate, I could not log in even after creating an account (when I booked the flight)
