Wish I ve seen all this review before I push the start free trial button. Of course they took 72.45$ from my account without my consent.

I signed up for what they advertised as a '30-day free trial with 25,000 AI coins'. I entered my card details thinking it's just verification. WRONG. Within ONE MINUTE, my card was charged $59.88 for an annual subscription.

Its a scam. Be carefull. They cheated me with their 30 days free trial. They Bilinged the money right away.

Don't trust those guys. They charged me $200 for "Free" credits. I paid with PayPal, so I got my money back.
Avoid at all costs!!!

TL;DR: I signed up for what I believed was a free trial, but was charged for an annual subscription without my clear consent. Attempts to cancel were repeatedly unsuccessful, and further unauthorized payment attempts followed.

The subscription appeared to activate during the trial period and began charging me annually. When I requested a refund, I was told it was denied because I had used the account—but isn’t using the account what a free trial is for?

Even after cancelling the recurring subscription, it would revert to “active” within a day or two. Support repeatedly assured me that it had been cancelled, only for it to reactivate again.

Eventually, I was told that using the account after cancellation automatically reactivates the subscription. This is an extremely unusual and unacceptable policy, especially when cancellation had already been confirmed.

While I was still trying to resolve the issue, two additional charges of $19.99 each were attempted on my card.

Wow.

This is clearly a scam. How is it they're still in business without any legal consequences?

Be extremely careful when using Creative Fabrica. Upon signing up, I was automatically charged 71.86 EUR without clear intention to purchase a yearly plan.
When I requested a refund immediately, support refused, claiming the account was "actively used" and "coins were spent." Their signup flow relies on dark patterns, and getting a refund through their support is nearly impossible. Avoid saving your payment details here.

Like everyone else I got scammed. I'm very careful about where I click but somehow I signed up to a yearly subscription instead of a free trial. I managed to get a reply from customer service and a refund. I went back to my account to check the subscription was cancelled and found TWO more subscriptions which I most definitely did not sign up for!! AVOID THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ! I will be reporting them to trading standards.

FRAUD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They deserve a zero star not even a one star, useless company charged me75 pounds, 25 pounds and another 25 pounds with a few seconds of adding my PayPal and PayPal is super useless for closing my dispute in their favour after waiting for days. Useless website and useless PayPal.

From a free trial to $1.44 straight to $86.12 cad within milliseconds all just to edit one pic. It did get blocked immediately so I got lucky, but these are some scummy people.

Dark pattern subscriptions, unwilling to provide a full refund. Not responding to multiple emails and pleads.

Absolute scam, you sign up for 7 day free trial then will bill you anyway. Charged me $94aud, emailed them and they replied saying I’m not eligible for a refund.

So much for a "free" trial. luckily my bank notified me that this was fraud. they almost stole $86 from me.

Bunch of Scammers, scum of the earth. Tell you it's a free trail then take £72.00 out of my account and PayPal are no better for letting them do it. Rubbish web site but by then it's too late, impossible stupid pop up's appearing on screen all the time getting in the way trying to rob you of more money. It's even worse if your using an iPhone. I have already lodged a complaint through PayPal and if I don't receive a satisfactory outcome, I will also be reporting them to Trading Standards because they are breaking European Online purchase Law as well as the UK.

I opt for free trial and they charged me £71.86. Disgusting! Please dont use it. They are scammers!!!

Like everyone else, I was charged with 58.99 USD right after subscribing for free monthly trial.

I was charged $59.88 for a subscription that was advertised as a free trial. I need a refund instantly. Emails were sent but I have had zero luck. Horrible website and will be suing if I don't get a refund.
