On 25/1/23 I paid £72 for 6 weekly Pilates classes that run on a Wednesday and I attended the 1st class on that day at Martlesham Suffolk Studioflex.
On Wednesday 1/2/23 I received a phone call at 10.30am advising me the 1.00pm class had been cancelled. I expected to attend the following Wednesday but was told the class would not be running anymore. A refund of £60 was agreed and I was told this would be actioned straight away.
I have not received a refund despite telephoning on 6/2/23 and receiving the same message that the refund would be actioned straight away. I telephone again on 4/3/23 but could only leave a message with a member of staff.

We stopped off at Café Flex today for a spot of refreshment. We had lovely coffee in beautiful cups. The Berry smoothie on the next table was a must, berry delicious.

We had the exotic porridge with coconut fresh strawberries and berry compote and plumped sultanas. It was scrumptious, have it your own with a choice of milks, including cows or oat.

Lovely friendly smiley staff were perfectly attentive. We sat outside in the shade with our dogs. Inside is spotlessly clean, especially the disabled loo.
