Ordered a mirror from studiomeen. Delivery and quality both great.

I was a bit skeptical at first because of the shipping and delivery time since everyone said it would take a few weeks to arrive. But my mirror actually showed up after only 3 business days, which honestly surprised me a lot and made me really happy. It was also packaged very well and arrived without any damage. The quality feels really high end and looks exactly like the pictures. Overall, I’m genuinely positively surprised and would definitely recommend buying from them.

Our new mirror was delivered after 2 days and is in perfect condition. Would absolutely recommend!

I ordered a mirror from Studiomeen and I am very satisfied with both the product quality and the service. The mirror arrived in perfect condition and meets my expectations in every way.

What stood out to me the most was the delivery process. The shipment came directly from the Netherlands with their own drivers, and I was able to track the delivery in real time. I could see exactly where the driver was and when the delivery would arrive at my home. This level of transparency made the whole process very reliable and stress-free.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Studiomeen.

The website showed the mirror as "op voorraad" (in stock), but three weeks passed with no delivery. Each time I rang they said "next week" and now it will arrive almost after four weeks (at best if everything goes to plan). In the end they finally admitted it was never in stock and it will take even longer yet advertised it is. The only compensation offered at first was a 5% welcome code to use on a new product while my current product has not been delivered at all. He realized this made no sense and that i was upset and bumped it to 10% discount on my current order which amounts to 20 euros off. Which is negligible for the time wasted and inconvenience. I could have ordered the similar mirror elsewhere and had it on time. Do not buy here — horrible experience.

Purchase was delivered within reasonable time. Quality of product was good. One star less because of the delivery service. They came on Sunday evening but left the box in the central hall and didn’t came to our front door. Really

The purchase was set to be delivered within 7 days. It’s been 2 and a half weeks, the purchase remains confirmed in its status without even being processed. Reached out to them for a refund and they had the audacity to refuse us the refund and tell us the package has been delivered AND ATTACHED AN AI GENERATED IMAGE WHICH BTW ALSO LOOKS NOTHING LIKE OUR DELIVERY ADDRESS.

All this despite telling us just two days prior to this that the purchase is still being processed lol. I have all this clownery on written emails as well. Please avoid them at all costs as we will also be involving our lawyer on the insane fact that they tried to deceive us and cheat us out of our legitimate refund claim.

Surprisingly delivery was much faster than expected, received on the following day of purchase.

When I read the reviews, I was doubtful to place an order. However, I fell in love with their walnut oval mirror and couldn't find something similar elsewhere.

Ordered my mirror on Saturday evening, got delivered Monday morning (in Amsterdam). The mirror is absolutely stunning!

However, it had a small deviation and was not 100% straight. I send an email to their contact centre, they replied quickly and offered a discount. I told them that I preferred to have a new mirror and they arranged my return and delivery (same moment) very quickly.

Awful. I ordered a pretty couch table early December, paid for it right away ( 500 euros ).
The table never arrived here and I reached out to studiomeen several times.
They had all kinds of reasons - from extreme weather, to delays in delivery and the busy Christmas Season. I then wrote a fourth email to hear that the table is not deliverable due to shortages on the manufacturing side. I am upset. I waited almost 2 months and still don’t have my table or my money back. This is bad!
I am in the field of interior design - their loss.
