The product was damaged upon receipt

The product was damaged upon receipt. Of course we didn’t know that until our construction project was ready for installation. They do have a great technician but they refused to replace the damaged unit citing a five day inspection period. Total BS - it is not worth it to buy from this company.

This company is very inconsiderate

This company is very inconsiderate. I have spent so much money and ordered multiple items from them. They are very slow in shipping - expect at least 4-6 weeks (or 6-8 weeks +) to get your items in the US.

They get one star because of the experience of my last order. They shipped me the wrong item (wrong color and wrong style) and then were so rude about its return and getting me the correct item which I had already waited 6 weeks for. When I emailed about the incorrect shipment, the company asked me to repack the item and they would send a UPS person to pick it up. That was a hassle because I had torn the outside box unpacking it and had no shipping tape. Also, they did not specify where the pick-up would take place. So I emailed if someone would come to my home or should I take it to a local UPS store. No response. I work full time and am in the office on certain days depending on flow of business, so I really wanted to know. Also, a time window would have been good information so I was not stuck at home all day waiting for the UPS guy to pick up a package they sent me by mistake! Anyway, I happened to be home when the UPS guy arrived and hurriedly wrapped the package and gave it to them.

Now, Studio Nordhaven had said they would ship the correct item out when I sent them a pic of the shipping label for the incorrect item and confirmed UPS had picked it up. As if I was going to hold hostage an item sent in error. Mind you, I had paid the $310 for the correct item weeks ago. I complained about this to them and they responded they would sent the right item right away. However, after I sent them a pic of the UPS label and pick up had happened, they still had not sent confirmation that the correct item had been shipped. So, I emailed them. Finally, I got a response with a tracking number and the message "mistakes happen. we should all be respectful of each other." This got me angry and I emailed detailing what had happened and letting them know that I, as the customer, felt disrespected. Today (24 hours later), I got a notice that they cancelled my original order and issued a refund. An order I placed 6 weeks ago. On asking, they said "we prefer not to do business with you." So, terrible customer service, slow shipping and mistakes in shipping. I would suggest you don't order from this company - they don't really care about customers.
