Extremely bad experience
The team responsible for execution made huge blunders with reading notes that I sent with my order. These are electronic orders. The notes from customers appear alongside the order. They kept me updated but gosh, it was an over three month period of back and forth and emails and what not. I’d be very careful with placing an order with them again. It’s a lot of money for poor service. I got one outfit with the sleeves separately delivered because the designer didn’t agree to follow through and sent me an incomplete outfit that cost hundreds of dollars. My personal experience with the pink tree company has been phenomenal in the past so I’m inclined to believe that this is on TCS. The other outfit came the wrong size.

I placed an order on January 29, I contacted them on March 1 (WhatsApp) about my order update. I got the reply on March 4 that they are going to take two more months with additional one week to DIPATCH not deliver, seriously!!!!!!!!!!!!! . Where on earth are you living in 2024 . So disappointed

Honestly
Honestly, the clothes don't look anything like it does on the website.
The quality of the garments is fine, but it takes ages to get shipped, and the fit and the colours are way off from what's depicted on the website... I'm definitely not shopping here again.
