Great, thank you

Studios 2let were a fantastic experience for my time in London. The building I stayed in Earl's Court was very comfortable, clean and warm over the winter months. Facilities were perfect. It was safe and secure with everything I needed. My only negative would be the train noise. I had to get ear plugs because of the close proximity to the station. There is no lift either. So as long as you are ok with stairs, then it's fine. Thank you for the stay studios2let.

Perfect from day one

I moved into a Studios2Let flat in 2021 and lived there for more than four and a half years. From day one the flat has been perfect for my needs. The Studios2Let team are always very attentive and keep the building clean and tidy. Whenever I've had a maintenance issue, they are very quick to respond and ensure things get back on track. All bills are included so living there is very easy, and the rent charged is great value for money considering the area (Pimlico). I'd recommend Studios2Let to anyone wanting to make a start in London and in need of a modern, comfortable and secure place to call home.

Very good experience with Student Studios 2 let apartment (Penywern Road)

I moved into an apartment at Penywern Road London in January and was very satisfied with the apartment itself, the communication with the landlord, and the very straightforward check-in and check-out process.
The location is at walking distance to Imperial College but also very close to Earls Court tube station, which is very convenient. The building seems well maintained and washing machines are free to use.

West Cromwell Road

I stayed in a studio on West Cromwell Road and the property was very well maintained and professionally run.
I would thoroughly recommend for students and professionals alike. The building was secure, safe and clean other tenants were polite and respectful.
In addition, the studios are value for money with all bills included and fast wifi.
An overall excellent rental experience and I would return in the future.

Great location

I was very pleased with my time spent in Brandenburgh House, the Fulham Palace Road location (Oct 2024-June 2025). The property is in a great location, within walking distance from Hammersmith Broadway and Hammersmith station, from which one can travel to Central London via one of the three tube lines in approximately 20 minutes, along with many other locations in the city. There are several Sainsburys Local’s and Tesco Express’s within 10 minutes' walk, and a large Sainsburys store slightly further away in the Livat shopping centre. Ravenscourt Park and Holland Park are two beautiful parks that I was regularly able to visit walking from my apartment.

Maria, the property manager, was always very helpful and warm on the occasions I needed help. The property is also well maintained with regular cleaning and the waste bins were always promptly emptied. I never had any trouble with the Wi-Fi or the laundry during my stay. The building has several communal areas, with my favourite being the beautiful garden and sitting area. The neighbours were always pleasant, and I never felt there was too much noise within or outside the building.
While the studio room in which I stayed was not the most spacious, it was sufficiently comfortable for one person to live, and the kitchenette functioned well. I would highly recommend this studio for a student or young career professional looking for this type of accommodation in a prime location in London.

2 years stay

I stayed in Earls Court studio from May 2023 to July 2025.
Clean, tidy, equipped with all necessities studio with garden view. Very safe area and excellent location with nearby bus stops and a big Tesco supermarket. Very nice, polite and kind manager (Magdalena). Also the maintenance guy (James) is super nice and very approachable, burning to help. I felt the place like a mini home :)

Recommended for students

My daughter stayed in one of these rooms/flats for her first year living in London as a student. The building was in an excellent location and communal areas and garden were very well looked after. It also felt very safe for a someone living away from home for the first time.
Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone in a similar situation. For reference she was in one of their smaller rooms with shared bathroom and I would still recommend to others. Thank you Studios 2 Let, we were sad to be moving her out!

Positive experience

I lived for one year in a very reasonably priced and all-equipped room in Pimlico, all expenses included. The property management seems kind and efficient. The only defect was the wifi, that is sometimes unreliable

Fantastic place, price, and location

Compact but clean rooms and shared facilities. The location is unbeatable and so convenient for transport. A better deal than renting a studio or one bed elsewhere. Very friendly staff and a safe and secure building. I recommend to anyone wanting a short or long term stay. I will be back!

Terribly rude reception staff at Hammersmith Office

Terribly rude reception staff at Hammersmith. I made an appointment at 4:30PM to see the studios at 116 Fulham Palace Road. I was traveling from 45 mins away and called the the office that I will be around 5 -7 mins late based on the train schedule. No one picked up the call. I arrived at Hammersmith exactly at 4:29 PM and called her immediately saying that I am walking towards the location and will be at the studios within 5-6 mins. She rudely said she can't wait 5 mins to show me the place. I understand that one can have other appointments but there is a decent way to interact with a prospective renter. I haven't seen a rude and impolite woman like the person who manages the property at Hammersmith (and is at the office receiving the phone calls) and shows it to prospective tenants.

I will add though that whenever I have called the main office, the person who took the call has been polite, responsive and explained me the process, etc. A big thanks to the office staff here at the main office and thanks for the pleasant conversation

I personally will stay away from property manager who is at the Hammersmith office as she lacks basic politeness and doesn't know how to behave courteously. I sincerely wish other renters don't go through the hellish experience that I encountered with above individual. I hope the management looks into this and hopefully down the line ensures that property manager/staff are not as disrespectful as the property manager at Hammersmith and shows some respect and decency to prospective renters.

P.S.: I mentioned the name of the individual above and I am honest to myself that it's my true experience. Studios2let flagged it saying it violates Trustpilot policy. I am honestly not sure about that and have no intention to argue on the same. However I wanted to highlight the negative experience I went through along with mentioning the property location/office so that others in future are aware of this rude and disrespectful property manager at 116 Fulham Palace Road near Hammersmith station.

Follow Up:
This is in relation to the reply posted. I tried contacting multiple times from 3:30-3:45 PM that I will be 5-7 mins late and no one picked up the call. I understand that one can be away. When I called again, it was not when the appointment time had passed. It was 1-2 mins prior to the appointment time (4:29 PM to be precise) and yes I would have been 5 mins late which I have admitted at the beginning. Also no one informed me that later appointments have been made, so please don’t make up imaginary facts here. I specifically called her several times around 3:30-3:45 to ensure if 5 mins delay can be accommodated.

But the bigger issue to me is the rude, arrogant and discourteous of way of communicating that she can’t wait for me. A decent and human way of conveying the information could have been to say that she has to leave now for another meeting and can we reschedule later in afternoon or perhaps tomorrow. Her answer was I am not here to wait for you or something more condescending. I was going to ask if she will be available during any other time-slot but the way she started speaking with me in an aggressive manner, I decided not to pursue that conversation.

During her previous conversation in the morning when I called her, she was quite disrespectful as well. If you think that information was cordially conveyed to me, then you better redefine what “cordial” means. Initial viewing time was 9AM; I asked her over email if we can reschedule and she didn’t reply (if you want I can show that email thread). When I then called her and asked if 4:30PM was a good time to view the studios, her answer was do you think you are the only person who will be viewing the studio? Do you feel this is a decent way to communicate? I do think this is unnecessarily mean and rude way of interacting with a prospective tenant though based on your feedback you might think consider it as a cordial conversation.

To set the record straight, I will reiterate that the staff at the main office were nice and courteous. The above feedback is for the property manager at 116 Fulham Palace Road who I think lacks basic courteousness and respect while interacting with others.

Our staff must often travel between different locations to meet scheduled appointments, and if there are several appointments on the calendar then this unfortunately means that they must leave in a timely manner so they can meet the next applicant.

We have reviewed your correspondence with the manager at the property and can see that you had initially arranged for a 9am viewing and then rearranged for 4.30pm the same day, via both phone and email without issue and in a cordial manner. We can see you then made a call to let them know of a delay, but that this call occurred after 4.30pm when your appointment time had already passed. We have been informed you were also made aware that later appointments had been arranged and that my colleague would not be able to wait for you in case of a delay.

While we sympathise with your frustration - having travelled to make your appointment - we believe that a genuine attempt was made to arrange a viewing and accommodate you. Any offence caused may be down to miscommunication or misunderstanding, when the request to delay the appointment was denied, for which we apologise. We will internally review the tone in which such information is delivered in accordance with your feedback.

Despite the above, we are glad that you were happy with the main office staff in this process, and that we were able to respond quickly and helpfully to your requests from there!
