I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Studiounov and would strongly advise against ordering from them.
My tracksuit arrived in two completely different shades of green, which looks nothing like what was shown in the pictures. On top of that, the material is very poor quality and feels cheap. The jeans I ordered are just as bad – they have a very strange, almost sticky texture that makes them uncomfortable to wear.
What’s even worse is the customer service: the return email address listed on their website doesn’t even exist. Their support team initially replied to my messages, but as soon as I tried to return the items, they completely stopped responding – despite me sending six emails.
Out of frustration, I tried contacting them on Instagram, only to be immediately blocked.
Overall, this feels highly unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly recommend not ordering from this company.
