i will describe it in one word it is excellent at the job it does

such a great study tool. as a senior in college, my grades has been spectacular and it's all thanks to study fetch. it is 20 bucks a month, so it's a bit of an investment, but an investment totally worth it.

I signed up for study fetch last year for a 12 month subscription, I used it for the year then applied to cancel my subscription at the end.

I got charged for another subscription on the bill date mistakenly. I immediately emailed customer support and they issued me a full refund within the hour

10/10 quick and effective help at the drop of a hat. Props to the staff for working hard to solve my problems.

This review might sound like I work for study fetch, but I definitely do not and only use their website to assist studying for my university exams.

I have genuinely never retained information so well prior to exams. Every section of this website is so helpful purely because it doesn’t just gives you answers, but instead teaches you and helps you memories information based on your OWN notes.

Personally, I enjoy the video function as well as flash cards.

No more YouTube feeding me the wrong information and sitting for hours making flash cards.

Addressing some 1 star reviews, some people say that the app makes things up and the tutor me function doesn’t work.

This is in fact wrong.
The tutor function is great help and doesn’t give you answers straight away. Instead, It gives you hints and forces you to remember what you learned which helped me retain info better!

Moreover, some people mentioned that the video function doesn’t actually use your notes. I will admit that this happened to me up until I realised that I was actually creating the video wrong.

So please double check you are creating it from your notes and not just general information from the internet.

I too had an issue with funds and accidentally paid for a subscription that I didn’t need. The team quickly got onto it and ensured I changed back to my original plan, big thanks to Vasileios and Randy!

Overall, I will be using study fetch over the next 4 years of my degree and highly recommend to everyone so that studying isn’t so hard.

I was attracted to this tool because of the wide array of features it has. The subscription is really worth it because I don't think you can get a study tool this helpful for such a price. I did face some problems with some of the features at first, but help arrived quickly. If you're a student who prefers self-learning, you won't find a better tool than this one.

Phenomenal platform. Very effective, fast, and fairly priced. Takes a bit longer to adapt to it, but soon you realize it can beat any other AI studying tool.

The price is affordable and the service is great. The Summaries and Study notes are a lifesaver!! Honestly, as long as they don't increase the price, I would use it for a lifetime!!

I would like to use more images generating Tools

It's helped me tackle nursing school! It makes studying easy, but also effective. The podcasts and games are a great edition for when I'm burnt out from practice quizzes and exams. Also, when you get question wrong, it gives rationale and then if you still don't understand the chat will explain any questions you have.

If you ever subscribe for Studyfech and cancel the subscription, make sure that you take a screen shot of the cancelation and delete the account. We canceled the service and they still kept charging the monthly subscription. They only send you confirmation for purchase but not for cancellation, so if you don’t have a screen shot, you cannot prove you canceled the subscription. They make it very challenging to cancel the service. I’m stuck with the charges now and disputing that with my credit card company. Will also cancel my cc so they don’t keep charging me. Stay away from this business. They just want to lock you in and take you money.

This platform is a scam! Everytime I upload a youtube video for it to create study notes for me, it takes super long to load. Then when I loads, the video is never able to process. Study flashcards are also a joke. They keep repeating the same phrases / words on a study flashcard set and write different definitions. Everything on this platform loads very slow and the organization of it all it horrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I initially didn’t know where to start with my studying and study fetch helped me start and get my things rolling. I also picked up a hiccup and the support team helped me out within a few hours which was great. Highly recommend this for keeping up with day to day work at university and studying for exams

I started with the free version of StudyFetch and really liked the idea behind it, so I decided to subscribe to the premium version (around $95), expecting a more complete and automated study experience.

Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed. The AI-generated flashcards often miss key details from the material, and the same goes for the games and practice exams. They’re too general, and don’t cover the full depth of the content I upload.

What’s worse is that you have to manually break down the material concept by concept in order for the AI to give you anything useful—defeating the purpose of using a paid AI tool. Instead of saving time, you end up doing almost the same amount of work as if you were making your own study materials from scratch.

Do not waste your money . My daughter used for a few months and after spending hours creating study content the app glitched and she lost all her information. She purchased a year up front and they automatically renewed her . She was under the impression that she could purchase a year and not have reoccurring charges . When she contacted support they just dismissed her and said sorry about your luck . Their customers are poor college students and spending $100 on a service she no longer uses is just insane. Do not let them do the same to you and if you insist on using them just know they will auto renew you whether you choose a monthly or annual plan .

I used Studyfetch last year, and I would not recommend this app to anyone! I cancelled my subscription after my exams, yet motnhs later they charged me 96USD for another yearly plan. When I contacted support they refused to refund me, claiming that I didnt try to cancel. I even sent them screenshots from the chat history where I asked how to cancel, but they completely ignored that and sent the same generic copy-paste response as before. No real investgation, no accountability, no willingness to help. I have never experienced such unhelpful support!
The app itself is not worth the money either, its unreliable and full of bugs. Some of my files disappeared during the exam period ... So dont ever use this app for notetaking and remember to take screenshot when you cancel the subscription!!! They are more focused on taking money from students than helping them:)
