Since the day of purchase, I have not received any shipping number, contact with the courier. I made this purchase and it turned out that it was a simple Chinese fake, I paid 180 €, I tried to cancel the order, you wrote that it was impossible because it had already been sent, later that it could last up to several days. In the end, I never received either this phone or a refund.

they sent me the wrong product and i have to pay for the return shipping from belgium to nl is about 10 euro.

They don’t answer to your messages or calls. One of the worst shopping sites!

Waited 2 months for a delivery of 2 phonecover cases ( samsung note 8). First my package got lost in transit, a new shipment was dispatched, and arrived. Very disappointed to find i had been send 2 empty packages with NO content at all. Wrote several emails asking for any kind of feedback, but no response from this thievery company whatsoever!!

Very bad quality nobody should buy from this scammer he bought product from Ali express or temu and sell it with high advertising and picture quality but when you received it is garbage totally garage I regret why before I bought my product why I didn’t see the reviews in Trust pilot it may helps me to avoid to buying from this scammer company what I am gonna do I am going to police office and complain against this scammer company

Very long delivery but other than that it was OK good price

The product I had ordered had a delivery time of 1 to 3 weeks. After several emails and long waits, I received the product after more than 2 months. There was little response or understanding from customer service. I would like to return the product because the product was over 5 weeks late. The return costs must be paid by myself, unfortunately no consultation with customer service is possible.

One star is far too much. They just don't deliver the ordered product. It's more than three weeks already. And they don't answer or track anything.

Smartcharger with mini-camera was broken after 4 hours of use. Product deliverd in a box without brandname and wrong manual. Overall bad quality.
The 30-day return service mentioned on the website does not apply to purchases made within a trade, business, craft or professional activity.
Don't buy from Stuff Enough and certainly not for business purposes.

Today i received my package . I trust Stuff Enough will be kind to refund the double payments i had made. It is clear the company does not have a tracking system but at least they have to improve their communication . their prices are better than elsewhere . They just need to communicate if the postage is delayed longer than the promised time

Month long shipping and my cover arrived with scratches al over it

I ordered a smart phone. It arrived quickly. However it keeps showing a message: Apple Pay only for Chinese language. Gives a very cheap feeling, although I pad nestle €60 for it. No return instructions AND no replies to my emails.
