Disappointed.....
I honestly love the company. Great stuff every year and I'm always happy with what I buy. So with that I'm being honest when I say Stussy is just awesome 100%. BUT this time (and as much I really didn't want to) I just had to give them this rating because of how everything was handled or
actually how it wasn't handled at all. I tried to contact them online ASAP about an order that I wanted cancelled because a friend had ordered the same product for me as an early Christmas present. Also I'd like to note that I tried to get in contact with them within just a few hours of when I placed an order so I would assume that everything was still being processed.
So then after emailing I waited and then a few days later I still waited. NO ONE replied to me letting me know about anything regarding my order and then finally when I think they've responded, I receive an email saying it's being shipped..... that literally frustrated me and ruined my day because it seems like no one even cared. I even tried contacting them through their social media page on Instagram and still no one replied. So after that the only thing I could think of trying was to go to Fedex which is how they normally ship stuff) to try to stop it from being shipped but, even that wouldn't work. Now I have the order with me and I literally don't know what to do with it because I'm not even sure if I can trust to ship it back.
I'm so disappointed... like that's literally all I can say.
