This is a pure scam

This is a pure scam. It is located in China, not Netherlands. I asked for a refund before my purchase was sent out. They are keeping telling, like parrots, that it has been sent, but it has not - the delivery company says "2025-11-30 20:16 Parcel information received" 30.11.2025 is Sunday. No delivery company works on Sundays at 8 PM, even in China. The payment gateway is in Cyprus - "ZORANO LIMITED". This is some frame company serving the other Chinese scam websites, who will never reply to PayPal's requests for the refund.
