Absolutely horrible my wife ordered a dress for her baby shower and it took over a month to come in and wasn’t here in time and also was a completely different dress nit even close to the same dress! Requested a refund and they keep saying we have to pay to ship it to get a full refund which would cost $50+. So this is 100% their mistake and they want to keep over 50% of the money either way. Complete scam artist, terrible for someone to take advantage of a first time mother and ruin her baby shower by completely messing up her outfit she was so excited to get the one she ordered and got nothing like it and had to scramble to just find something to wear! Sad excuse for a business!

I got a set of ties, and they add a pop of color to my work attire. The quality is evident, and they tie beautifully without wrinkling.​

Style Cove has lowkey ruined other online stores for me. The quality, the service, the consistency—it all just hits. I’ve never been this excited to get dressed in the morning.

A complete SCAM! Took a month to ship with absolutely no tracking info. Then send me a used and ugly dress (probably from goodwill) instead of the beautiful dress advertised. Then when I went round and round with their inadequate support team to send the item back for a refund, they INSISTED I can’t have a full refund unless I pay to ship the item back myself…. They wanted ME TO PAY TO COVER THEIR MISTAKE. Do you want to have this happen to you? No. So do yourself a favor and don’t fall for their scams and lies.

I would give it a lower score, if I could. They sent me the wrong order, which is fine since that happens sometimes. Then I contacted them to get a refund and they listed out several steps needed to get my refund, which included filling out two forms and laying to ship the order back to China and waiting several weeks to get my money back. Alternatively, I could settle for 20% of my refund and they get to keep 80% of it while they made the mistake. Really horrible. Don't order there.

Website is a scam!!! Ordered a dress and waited 2 weeks for it to come from China (NOT IN USA) and it was the cheapest, poorest quality dress I’ve ever seen—not even close to the picture of the dress I ordered. They want me to pay to ship it back to then get a refund (which I doubt would happen still)
