Scam. Ordered 80€ Jacket and never received package

Scam. I ordered 80 € Jacket and never got it. They sent me Email: "the package is lost and we cannot refund or send replacement."
I tried to reach them but I received no answers.
I called DHL they said that they only received some package info but they never received the package itself. DHL asked me to contact Style-Outlet and ask them to send enquiry to DHL. But I received no help or support from Style-outlet and could not reach anyone to talk to.
