Super disorganised, terrible dispatch times, bad customer service.

Every time I purchase from them there's some issue either with incorrect items being sent out or shipping timeframes.

I made a large order ($700 worth) on April 14th, their website said items would be dispatched mid April. When I heard nothing from them by the 22nd of April, I emailed only to be told items would ship end of April, I looked back on the website and saw that they had changed dispatch dates after I had purchased which is super misleading.

They then sent me a shipment notification which seems to be fake 8 days ago, the shipment hasn't moved since. I have to constantly chase customer service, they're not proactive at all. And their CS phone number just rings out. No one answers. I've spent thousands of dollars here and won't be buying again.

You know their bad when they leave fake reviews

The below 3 reviews are obviously very fake (plus, note all posted on the same day). Dispatch times are horrible, I’ve been waiting months. Communication is awful. Attempting to get a refund now.

I've been a loyal customer of this clothing store for years now, and for good reason. Their attention to details in both style and fit is impeccable. Whether I'm looking for casual wear or something more formal, I can always count on them to have exactly what I need. Plus, their online ordering process is seamless and delivery is always prompt.

arrogant customer service

Ordered 3 items and they only sent 2. When I reached out, customer service (Jeremy) was very arrogant and defensive. The issue was dismissed almost immediately and no resolution was provided. I will have to report the transaction to the bank

Avoid, so dodgy

I’ve been waiting two months for my order. I just keep getting apologies and more excuses via email, constantly telling me it’s about to be shipped - which is never does. I ordered via PayPal so hoping I can retrieve my money through them.

I wish I had read the reviews before…

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I purchased 3 items priced at almost $300 at the end of June and have not received anything still. Every update I have been given has been from my own follow up emails. I ended up getting one item refunded as it was still out of stock after 2 months (although it did not say ‘out of stock’ at time of purchase) and they dispatched the other two items only for them to instantly get ‘lost’ by auspost. I was told by auspost to communicate with styleaddict in retrieving my parcel and it’s now been 2 weeks and I will have to send yet another follow up email as I have received no updates.
Extremely poor service. I assume I will never receive the package or any compensation for my lost items.

horrible dispatch times.

just like all the other reviews, there is an extreme shipping and logistics issue. The skirt I bought had a 14 day dispatch, I waited 15 before emailing them, only to be told there's been a delay and it will be another 2 weeks before it is ready. I didn't get any communication from them beforehand, which is really disappointing. I have requested a refund but yet to receive it.

Long Dispatch & Lack of Communication

Similar to all other comments - do not order from them if you want your order within a month. I ordered on the 20th of May, it is now June 25th and I still have not received my order.
I’m most disappointed about the lack of communication - no emails notifying me of the shipping delays. I’ve had to reach out asking about my order etc. to be fair they have offered a refund but I would have preferred transparency from the beginning.

Similar feedback to the other comments here, really poor communication on dispatch. I ordered my item on 7th July and it is now the 23rd July, so well past even 10 business day and no word on where my item is

Unprofessional

Similarly to the other reviews, I have been waiting almost a month for my item to be shipped. I understand that these delays may be out of their control, but they should offer some discount or partial refund for the delay. Additionally, I was sent someone else’s tracking details, which gives me the impression they aren’t the most professional company.

Great products, horrible dispatch process

This brand is very lucky that their products are really nice and of good quality from what I’ve seen so far because their dispatch system is horrible.

I ordered one item on March 16 that noted on the product page ‘this item dispatches in 10 days’. I waited the 10 days and no word from them so I proceeded to wait 10 business days to pass as I understand that they may have meant that. By the 3rd of April (12 business days later) I still had no word on my package. I emailed and was told there were ‘logistics delays and dispatch would take another 1-2 weeks’. In fairness, I was given the option to alter or refund my order.

I asked if there were any other colours of the top in my size available and miraculously the next day the same colour of top I ordered was miraculously dispatched on April 5.

Fast forward two weeks and I loved the top so much, I’ve decided to order the same in black. The product page once again said ‘10 day dispatch’. I assumed that since it’d been some time since the last debacle, that surely the stock would be here otherwise it would be labelled as ‘pre-order’ by now or at least updated to not mislead customers with ‘10 day dispatch’. So I ordered it. This was on April 14, it is now May 2nd (12 business days later) and I am still waiting.

I have no issue with there being shipment delays, I understand these things happen. However, this is honestly just blatant misleading of customers. If you know you do not have the stock available, DO NOT advertise it as ‘in stock’ (you can simply look up the top on Google and it says in stock straight away).

I have no problem with pre-ordering items as long as there is an actual expected delivery date instead of ‘10 day dispatch’. Because my 10 days is very different from another girl ordering 5 days after me and getting the same message.

Be transparent with your customers, tell them a product is not in stock and provide an ACTUAL estimated delivery date. Rather than hoping your customers will forget about it.

It’s honestly such a shame because there is so much I want to purchase from this shop but the hassle is almost not worth it. Please fix your system so that it’s enjoyable to shop with you guys.

Paid for express delivery and two weeks…

Paid for express delivery and two weeks later I still haven't received my item!
Completely appreciate couriers/stock issues are sometimes out of your control but to not even offer to reimburse shipping or provide a discount code to apologise is poor customer service in my opinion.
