Excellent all round
Ordered Ugg sandals and hadn’t thought to look at reviews for the company before I did so. Thank goodness I didn’t! I ordered the sandals on Wednesday and they were delivered two days later. They were well packaged and in a genuine Ugg box - definitely not a fake product as suggested in some other reviews. Had better service from this company than from many more well known companies. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Just perfect!

Brought a job lot of clothes - including some Penguin boxer shorts. Ordered medium size. When arrived they were wrapped loose in a clear plastic bag - pretty sure not their original packaging. Looked to try a size and realised these were way to small - maybe a medium in Asia? Paid £3 for no quibble 28 day return. Yesterday the boxers were delivered back to me with screwed up letter telling me, as per their T&Cs they do not accept these items for return. So, more fool me for not checking their T&Cs in detail on this item. It is a shame though that the product is sized incorrectly, it is a shame they are poor quality and it is a shame, that when selecting the item to return on their website it did not flag then that they do not accept returns. Is also a shame that their no quibble statement is not true and that I lost an extra £3 on the order by paying to send them back. Biggest shame of all though is that the rest of the order was okay - but I have to now score 1 star for shady practice on items like these. I will write off cost as a bad experience and not use them again. Please feel free to get in touch if you would like some free 'Small' sized penguin boxer shorts....
