I’m not sure what the 1 star review is all about because I’ve had nothing but first class service from here. I’ve used them many times for the grandkids and orders have arrived on time or early. Postage information at Christmas is great, I’ve ordered after the deadline and still received in time for Christmas, great communication and I too had a parcel frozen and was told to give it a few days and if the parcel wasn’t “unfrozen “ I’d get a refund. I recommend them and will be using again

Wasn’t aware this company had a review platform but just wanted to share my experience

My first time ordering so was a little apprehensive as I’ve been scammed on Instagram before but she was lovely and put my mind at ease. My bag arrived within the timeframe she gave me even though it was easter so I expected it to be a bit longer. The bag was amazing and even better than the photos, the whole experience was nothing but positive and I’ve even recommended her to my friends

Can’t speak for the other persons issue but I’ve got nothing but praise

Recently bought a bag from this seller, she advised the payment is only through bank transfer or PayPal friends & family. I was hesitant and ask if i can pay by paypal as purchase and pay the commission as i was worried i will get scammed. She send me a money request and i paid , 2 days later i was told her account is frozen and she isn’t shipping the bag. I ask for refund and she started getting defensive and rude. I opened a dispute with paypal and called them they said i have to wait for her to respond so they can refund me straight away or i have to wait for the process , so again i texted asking her politely to please refund me or respond to the dispute so i can have my money back and then she block me. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT TRUST
