All the negative reviews you are reading are correct and a lot more unwritten. I have a personal experience:
They are giving me generic meaningless answers all the time:
- They wrote the order would be shipped in 3-7 days
- After 10 days, they wrote back that it has left the warehouse and that I would get a tracking number
- It’s now after another 10 days, they are writing that once it leaves the warehouse, I will get a tracking number
- They apologize about the peak season but as you can see the other customers’ reviews, it takes 3-7 months to get a delivery. I wonder why they say different times in the shipping policy!!!
- My verdict, they don’t have any inventory, just ineffective drop shippers.

Absolute SCUM!!! Don't order! Never oder! Read real reviews, don't believe 5 stars. They are taking money and not sanding anything!!!

Update: I've got my parcel. But it cost me a lot of nerves...

Three months now I am waiting my order

Three months now I am waiting my order. Was in contact with support - cancelled the items that are not in stock to ship the order. After two weeks I get the link finally that the parcelwas shipped. After again two weeks!! I noticed that the link still shows „announced „- I wrote again to support. They are giving fake infos , always different depending who is answering- now the tell that I should wait next 10 days for order to be dispatched!! I am not sure I will get it at all.

NewCustomer

So, I just made an order today and I read all these comments, so now I’m scared. I’m writing this in hopes that someone will see it and that I will receive my order on time. I live in North Macedonia, but I’m currently visiting Germany and will be here until 21st July. After that, I’m leaving Germany and won’t be able to take the products back with me.
So PLEASE, customer service, ship my order on time 🙏🏼😩🥹
I really hope everything will go smoothly, because I would love to become a regular customer.

It's a SCAM!!!

Extremely bad customer service!!!!
I made the order on 19/10/2024, which everything was in stock. I still didn't get my parcel after a month and in the end it arrived on 21/11 but I was already out of town.
I have sent email to them on 1/11 for the status of my order as I was flying away on 19/11 for 2 weeks. In the end it arrived when I was not in town already. I checked with the courier and it's returned to them. I have sent emails to them for advice but they only gave me the standard replies from robots!!!! Until now the money is gone but I don't get anything from them, not even a refund!!!

The worst experience I've ever had while online shopping

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the company. I placed three orders (around 500 euros in total) on January 8th. On the 13th, I received an email from sc.cs (at) stylevana.com, signed by Sean Spencer, that verification is required to process my orders. Here is everything they requested:

"Identification Document
- Copy of a valid government-issued identification document in colour, e.g. Driving License/ Identity Card/ Passport that matches the name on the order(s).

Address Proof
- Copy of a Government issued correspondence, utility bill, bank statement, rental agreement, Business Registration, etc that could verify BOTH BILLING & SHIPPING address with the name provided on the order(s). Please note that the address proof provided should be dated within the past six months.

Payment Proof
- Copy of the debit or credit card used to pay for this purchase, showing the card holder's name, expiration date and the last 4 digits."

Payment Proof is fine, but sharing government ID and address proof... might as well have asked me to steal my identity directly to make it briefer.

I did reply, sharing that I have made previous purchases and they can simply check them to verify that my orders are legit.
I sent a separate email to support_de (at) stylevana.com as well just to inquire if this email was legit, but after a lot of waiting and follow-ups from my end, they just prompted me to reply to the original email from Sean with the requested details.
At the end, I requested a refund if they didn't plan to ship my orders, but have not heard back from Stylevana since...

Do not ever order from them!!!

Do not ever order from them!!!
Do yourself a favor and never do any business with them. I placed my order in December, it's still not shipped. After a month they refunded me money for one of the products that they couldn't ship. I still waited for the rest of my order but I'm so tired of waiting. I requested a refund from them. Two weeks ago they said my order was being packed. I just hope they refund rest of the money.

Dishonest practices!

Dishonest practices! Cosmetics are sended from China.
In my opinion, this company’s practices are dishonest and resemble a scam. I placed an order because the website claimed the product would be shipped within 24 hours, and it was listed as in stock. However, the shipment only happened several days later after I followed up with them. At that point, I discovered that the product was being shipped from China, with delivery potentially taking up to 13 working days.

Additionally, the products sold by this company might not meet European standards or have the necessary certifications, raising concerns that they could be counterfeit. When I requested to cancel my order, I was informed that I could refuse the package, but the return process could take months, and there’s no guarantee the courier would even return it. They stated that I would only get a refund once the package is returned to them.

From my perspective, this company operates in a highly unprofessional and misleading manner. I strongly advise against purchasing from this store.

So, I ordered first and then later looked at the reviews here and panicked. However, after a week and a half, I received an update e-mail from them that my package was shipped. Then, 2 days later, I got an e-mail from the delivery company with updated tracking number. When I read the e-mail though, I realised my name was written wrong ( I have 2 special characters which I included in my name but they probably are not recognized so my name was missing 2 letters); this led to the parcel having to be sent back to a sorting center in my country. When I saw that , I immediately contacted stylevana witn an e-mail and they answered after 1 day. It took about another week for the issue to be fixed (mainly because of the delivery company being a pain in the ass to work with), but throughout the whole process I received updates from Stylevana. And after the issue was resolved, I got my package in about 2-3 days.
I honestly cannot understand how there are so many negative reviews yet I had such a nice and pleasant expirience. Sure, they are not the fastest ( I presume without the whole wrong name ordeal, it could have still taken 2 weeks), but they are not too bad for the prices.

TL;DR: Yes, they are trustworthy. Yes, they answer. And yes, you will receive your items. Just be sure to stick to the english alphabet for your name, otherwise it might be missing some letters.

P.S. Yes I did write the same review on the general stylevana review page, but I found out there is one specifically for stylevana.de, which is the one I actually used
