Poor shipment logistics and transparency


I placed two orders with Stylevana and experienced the same issue both times. Each time, items were listed as shipping in 24 hours, and I even made sure not to select items that said they were available in 2+ weeks. Yet, orders still took more than 4 weeks to ship.

My main issue is transparency. If an order says it ships in 24 hours but doesn’t, the company should at least notify the customer and clearly indicate which products are out of stock. Not doing so is very deceiving.

This will certainly be the last time I buy from Stylevana. I switched from YesStyle to try it out, but I will definitely be returning to YesStyle instead.

Five weeks for a €100 order and zero…

Five weeks for a €100 order and zero real customer service.
I placed an order with Stylevana on 9 December 2025 (approx. €100). The order sat marked as “dispatched” for five weeks with no meaningful tracking updates. I contacted customer service multiple times and received only automated system replies — no human response, no explanation, no accountability.
The order eventually arrived after five weeks, but that does not excuse the delay or the complete lack of communication. At no point did Stylevana proactively update me, investigate the delay, or respond properly to my emails. An automated ticket number is not customer service.
What makes this particularly disappointing is that I am a loyal customer who has spent hundreds of euros with Stylevana and regularly places orders for family members as well. This experience has completely undermined my confidence in the company.
Delays happen. Silence, poor logistics transparency, and ignoring customers do not.
I will not be ordering again unless there is a serious improvement in customer service and delivery standards

Still Waiting for My Order After Two Months

Hello,

Thank you for your response. However, I would like to emphasize that I have already contacted customer support several times via the appropriate channels, and I have yet to receive a concrete update on my order. The responses I’ve received have been generic, stating only that "We are checking with the courier," without any real tracking information, delivery estimates, or actual solutions provided.

I understand the importance of customer data privacy, but as mentioned, all the necessary details to locate and address my issue have already been provided in previous messages.

Given the considerable amount of time that has passed, and the lack of progress or even a clear explanation regarding the status of my order, I am requesting immediate action—either a resolution with delivery or a full refund for my purchase.
I hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever! Waist of money! SCAM!

Placed an order, waited a few weeks, and miraculously the package was delivered by the neighbours, not explanation no anything, although at this time I was at home. From there I was looking how to contact the delivery company, and you guessed it! No phone, no email, nothing. Stylevana was just as helpful as the delivery company, after waiting two months for “investigation” they concluded that the package is delivered.
Such a waist of money! Hope this helps someone

Deceptive Shipping Claims – Like a Scam

I placed an order on May 6 after seeing that the product was marked as "in stock" and promised to ship within 24 hours. Shortly after, I received a message claiming the item had been shipped. However, when I tracked it, the status showed that the shipment hadn’t even been processed for nearly 3-weeks.

I contacted customer service to demand a refund—and only then did they actually ship the product. It was sent from Hoofddorp, and as anyone familiar with DHL in the Netherlands knows, deliveries between municipalities typically take just on1-2days.

They tried to justify the delay by claiming “shipment delays” and saying it would take 7–10 days—complete nonsense. When I called DHL, they confirmed that only a shipping label had been created and no package had been handed over.

This whole experience felt dishonest and manipulative. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this website.

I didn't get my buy one get one free promotion. I took screenshots of the promotion at the time because there was no evidence in my order that I got it. I have written twice to stylevana.nl and once to general support as directed through instagram. I Provided photos. If I continue to go no answer I will file a report with EU consumer authorities. this store is a complete disaster, I placed an order on January 19, after three weeks it still hadn't been sent so I wrote to them, it turned out that several products from my order were unavailable and because of that there was a delay in shipping so I gave up on the unavailable items, and despite that the order still hasn't been sent, contact is very difficult, I wrote several emails and rarely anyone answered, finally I managed to cancel the order, waste of my time, now I'm waiting for a refund, I will never order anything there again!!

Great products and at even greater price!

I have to say I was a bit cautious when purchasing due to bad reviews (that’s also why I paid via PayPal to have the extra security in case the products didn’t arrive). I have to say my experience has been nothing but positive: high quality beauty products at an incredible price, packed with care and received in good time (order placed on Nov 5 and I received them at home via DHL on Nov 16). Confirmation email was clear and I received a follow up email with the track and trace promptly. Most delay came on DHL picking up the package for which I contacted Stylevana customer support, they responded fast and helpfully. My experience has been nothing but positive!

Takes a while but does arrive

Stylevana has a bad reputation but I have received each and every product I ordered. In total I did 4 orders of several product starting July 2023 and my most recent purchase was 2 weeks ago. The products I bought 2 weeks ago were in stock so they arrived after a little over a week. Sometimes it takes months but the orders do arrive and they are much cheaper than other websites.

scam

I gave them one star because I had to. Otherwise I would have given them none. I ordered skin care that hasn’t been delivered to me. I contacted the customer service and in the beginning they were pretending to help me but after I asked them about any updates, they just simply ingnored me. Contacted them several times but they are just simply ignoring me!! I even contacted them with different email addresses but once I mentioned my case, they ignored me again!!!
The tracking number says it has been delivered to ME but that is not the case. Since my skin care was running out, I had to order the same again at my own risk. Now I have lost about 80€ and this is simply ridiculous!! If you ever order from this website and eventually lose your package…good luck!

Make sure you only order in stock items if you want your order quickly

Very affordable skincare, high quality products. Always packaged nicely! I have ordered a lot from this website and I have never experienced any problems. Once my package got lost, they immediately contacted me and let me know about the issue and shipped out a new order soon after. When you order here, make sure all the products are in stock, otherwise it can take quite a while before they ship the order. Customer service isn't the quickest but I eventually always get an answer and they always help to look for a good solution. Will continue ordering here for sure!

Dont order here anything!

Dont order here anything!! I am going to write a thousand of reviews if they are not going to refund my money.

I tried to reach out to them many many times because the package didnt arrived. So i want my money back! But they never respond on the emails!!! There is also no phone number to call! So STYLEVANA if you read this REFUND MY MONEY or I will continue to write bad reviews!
