no support, no trust

I was with StyleXNetworks for over a year (managed VPS), it was reliable, and support was great.

Then, something changed. I had technical issues with the service that dragged on for over a month.

And that's not all - my tickets were either not replied to in a timely manner, or they were ignored completely. Some were even deleted without reply.

I finally cancelled my account.

Even after cancellations, I still got emails from them that there were technical issues with my account! Crazy.

I'm not the only one; many others are complaining about the same thing right now and some have lost their data and backups.

My advice is to stay clear of StyleX.
