When the refill came in the mail it was…
When the refill came in the mail it was shipped in an envelope with not packing. The envelope was ripped open where the pen was supposed to be and fell out at the postal shipping center. I contacted Stylo and they promised that I would receive another pen. It has been about 2 weeks and the refill hasn't arrived. However, I plan on purchasing another refill.

Richard, you did not order a pen from my business nor have you purchased one in the past from Stylo Ink. You purchased a $2 ink refill, an item I offer for previous customers who have placed a pen order since 2017 with my business. When you mentioned that the package that arrived at your doorstep was missing the ink refill from a postal issue, I refunded your order. Following the refund, I provided information on where you can purchase the refill at a local office supply store since these refills are intended for previous customers. Following this, you wrote this inaccurate review about purchasing a pen which was never ordered, nor did I offer to send you a free pen. I would be happy to sell you a handcrafted pen; you would be welcome to purchase an ink refill after the purchase of a pen as well. Sleek pens
Mr. Cramer clearly loves his craft. These pens make for a great wedding gift. I heard an interesting story about how he unwittingly walked into the office of a fortune 1000 company CEO, and after a short conversation with him, was able to sell 2 pens and was also offered an internship with the company.
