Fantastic service received from both Becky & Andy, placed order & our goods where deliver as promised. The Eames lounge chairs are fantastic, with clear & precise assembly instructions. Overall a very positive experience in dealing with the team at Stylo. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending any potential customers to contact them for any of their products.

Was initially sceptical about ordering a white Barcelona chair from a company I hadn’t heard of before. How wrong was I. Both the chair and the service from Stylo Furniture couldn’t have been bettered. 5 star rating review…..I would give a 6

Ordered an eames lounger and stool. Arrived within 5 days in Ireland. Item is exactly as described and is of excellent quality. Very happy with the purchase, and will be back. Found the company to be very responsive to emails pre and post purchase. Thanks Andy (customer service) and Muhammad (delivery), great job. Can definitely recommend!

Excellent, products and service from Stylo Furniture. Ordered 2 Eames chairs with stools and although delivery was a little late due to holidays we were kept up to date at all times, chairs came with all tools and instructions for assembly, and 6 months on look very stylish and get positive comments from visitors, very happy customer, would highly recommend.

Only buy if you feel like you need to add stress to your life!
I ordered a barcelona chair which arrived with only the frame.
It took 3 weeks, almost 30 emails (most of which were ignored) and to open a PayPal dispute to get the cushions.
The emails (when replied to) are from Andy. I think 2 people are replying. One is rude and one is professional.
Now it's finally here the back poppers on the seat unpop as soon as its moved. You get what you pay for I suppose. All in all, that was too much effort for a chair. Don't bother.

I have bought two Eames style lounge chairs. The quality of each is excellent – better that expected – and good value for money.

However, there were a few issues wit the delivery.

First of all, only one chair was delivered rather than two. Secondly, there is no phone number to call and customer is all handled via email. This felt quite precarious and also meant it took more chasing on my part than it really should have done to get this matter resolved.

That said my Customer Service contact (Andy) was good and he did get things sorted eventually.

So, the order was placed on 28/02, supposed to arrive 8/03. First chair arrived on 11/3. Second on 11/4.

In summary, I would definitely recommend, and I would use them again, but customer service should be made easier, hence 4 stars rather than 5.

I have purchased 2 Eames style lounge chairs, an ottoman a table over the last month, each separate orders. I was pleasantly surprised when the first order arrived in 2 weeks so it gave me confidence to order again. The quality of each is great, but the chairs do take some putting together with an hex key, so recommend using a socket wrench. They are good value for money and seem to come from Ireland via DPD which is somehow reassuring.

After a few initial problems with my Eames chair order Andy went above and beyond to replace the chair and offer a product discount - excellent service

Excellent service from Stylo, very good quality chairs and reasonably priced too. Only gave 4 stars (otherwise would have been 5), because of “poor service” from the carrier (DPD) who gave me two delivery slots on the same day, but then failed to deliver until 24 hours later.

Ordered a Barcelona chair on Sunday and it's now in my living room in Birmingham on Wednesday. Fabulous service and a beautiful chair...just wanted to compliment Stylo Furniture. First class service... recommend A+

I ordered a cream Barcelona chair and it was exactly what we wanted.
Great quality and it arrived in a few days. We liked it so much that we decided to order another (and an Irene Gray coffee table) so we could have 2 of them side by side in the living room and we are delighted.
Quick response to emails to the company and polite service.

The only thing the chairs don't have is the 'signature' on the bottom of the leg but who would want to pay literally 10x the price for that?.

Very prompt delivery,two days ahead of estimate,very good quality. It is self assembly,two people required,but not difficult. Customer service was excellent, two queries I had were answered promptly and politely.

Delighted with my Mies Van De Rohe Bacelona chair. The chair is beautifully finished, built of excellent quality materials (leather/steel), the service was friendly and seamless. The chair was well packaged to avoid damage and delivered promptly. One minor point, could have communicated the shipping reference along with the process completed confirmation email.

Really pleased with quality of replica Eames chair. It was delivered very quickly (less than a week) and easy to put together.
The only slight criticism was that I didn’t receive a despatch email, so didn’t know when it was due to arrive, but overall very pleased and the chair looks great.

The shipment was fast, and i have been surprised by the quality of the received product. Nice quality leather, so i was very well suprised. I cann tell you all the comments overhere are true !

I bought a Barcelona Style chair which is a beautiful stylish flawless piece of furniture. Delivery lead time was good however would be good if stylo could send email about expected delivery date. I found replying to the order acknowledgement email was quicker and more accurate than online chat. chair arrived very well packaged.
