Very pleased with my custom wedding ring..would recommend..

Ordered a memorial ring, quick response to emails and couldn't be happier with my ring. Would highly recommend.

I have bought 2 pieces from Suay, a fingerprint ring and a fingerprint bracelet. The quality of the pieces is great - really lovely! The customer service is some of the best I have ever had when shopping online. I mentioned that the bracelet was for my son's 21st next week and Suay made sure that they prioritised the design and posted straight away. We received the bracelet the next day. I highly recommend Suay and will certainly be back for more of their jewellery.

I purchased a memorial ring from Suay Design so i could have my dogs ashes set into it. I am absolutely made up with it. The ring is really good quality and looks great. Its always difficult trusting someone with something like this because it has to be right first time. It took me forever to choose who to ask to make my memorial ring. I am so glad i chose to go with Suay. Very professional company and really easy to work with. Thankyou very much Suay Design for the ring you made for me.

I was looking for Greek meander style ring as a special 18th gift for my son and whilst Suay did have many lovely rings to choose from, in the style that I was looking for, they did not have this particular one, so I contacted them to see if there was anything they could do to create one with only 3.5wks to the big day. They couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating, quoting and getting ring testers out promptly. As the date was approaching and I had not heard anything, I touched base to ensure that my deadline would be met and was reassured by David that all was to plan - and it was! The ring is fab and my son is going to be so happy. I'm chuffed to bits with the intricate design and finish. Super happy Mummy.

Very good company, good support from Kate to solve multiple issues we faced with our transaction, the main issue was not the fault of the seller, it was the ring didn't fit and had to be returned which was no one's fault. But fell in love with the ring and workmanship just really gutted we couldn't get off the shelf size to fit. Would recommend for their products as exceptionally well priced

After losing my partner at the start of the year, I approached Suay with a tough ask - I wanted to create a memorial ring with his fingerprint, but with the added complication that the only copy of his print I'd been able to get was lifted from one left on a window.

I didn't think it'd be possible but wanted to try, and I'm so glad that I did. David was wonderful from the off, taking me through the process and taking the time to process and enhance the fingerprint I'd been able to get to create the best possible impression.

For many reasons I wasn't always able to reply back to David quickly, sometimes taking weeks until I could confirm a choice or answer a question, and never at any point did I feel rushed or pressured. Once I'd chosen a ring style, the tester rings to confirm a size are a brilliant idea, the process worked so well.

The finished ring is beautiful, and the engraving of my partner's fingerprint has been beautifully reproduced. I'm over the moon and would recommend Suay in an instant. Thank you so much.

I received four (two white and two peacock pearls), which you had clearly taken care over pairing carefully, they arrived before I had anticipated, and I love any excuse to wear them. This is the third time I’ve purchased from you, you’ve never failed to deliver (early or on time!), and the jewellery is exactly what I’d hoped for - that’s not always the case when you purchase from images online. Ordered my wedding ring with my partners finger print inside , was so simple to do the communication was spot on and the ring is one of a kind beautiful thank you again.

Ordered a mens titanium memorial ring for my beloved "Bustas" ashes
The order arrived in a black felt bag with a ribbon and a nice box containing my ring. Perfect
Until I undone the box, the ring was nothing like the advertised picture
I did wear the ring for one day as I wanted my Busta with me
Returned the ring, they said and I quote "this has happened much quicker that it usually dose"
So that tells me they knew it would happen
Received the ring back,all shiny and looking new this time
Wore the ring for half a day, noticed scuffed and scratched , contacted them to say what happened in the very sort period of time I wore it
Response quote "must be my lifestyle and they have no control over that"
Well bloody hell
They don't know me, they don't know my lifestyle, what an excuse
Basically have washed there hands of this matter
Told them keep the £315 the ashes of my "Busta" are worth way more than the quality of the ring supplied.
My advice. Do not purchase a titanium memorial ring from this company, you will be heartbroken again

My ring looks better in real life than on the pictures and is really smooth and I the touch.

My wife passed away recently and i wanted a part of her with me.
So a ring with her ashes in was an idea solution.
I saw Suay Designs on the internet and after a phone call i felt at ease with their service,very polite and showed compassion.
The service was very easy to use and they kept me informed all the way through the process.
They stated the ring would be back to me in 4 weeks and it was.

I've never left a review before, but I really must on this occasion. I have had a memorial ring made after my father's passing and I've never had a more professional experience than with the Suay Design team. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent and the finished ring when delivered safely back in a presentation box was beyond perfect.

Wouldn’t hesitate in purchasing from Kate and David again and their customer service is excellent. Have ordered a couple of times from them now - lovely earrings and they exchanged my sons ring without hesitation - my error due to incorrect ring size ordered initially. Fast delivery, quick and personal replies to emails …….. can’t recommend them enough and will definitely continue to order from them/recommend them in future. Thank you Kate and David.
