While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Scammers

This company can’t reply when requested to. They take your money and you don’t even get to see your results. This company is the biggest scammers, I’m reporting to Facebook, Instagram, BBB and my attorney. SHAME ON THEM!!!

This is a scam

This is a scam. Paid £1, inmediately realised from the quality of the website, poor command of language and information etc that this was a scam and immediately sought to cancel free trial. Virtually impossible to do this - see AppStore/Google Reviews relating to the multi-stage cancellation and their response that you need to ‘cancel across various platforms’ - which relinquishes them of any ownership or support to do so. They responded to my request to delete all data by advising they have charged me £21.99. Fortunately I work in a law firm which has a large social media presence for its work in trading standards and consumer disputes so I have easy access to representation and can raise awareness of this for others. But meanwhile I wanted to warn others here.

Ordinary trap

The cancellation process is unnecessarily complicated and feels misleading. There’s an extra confirmation step that isn’t obvious, so it’s easy to think you’ve canceled when you actually haven’t. That’s very frustrating with a £34.99 charge at the end of the trial.

The content itself is also quite generic. The reports and insights felt broad and not truly personalized.

Interesting concept, but the cancellation flow and depth of content need improvement.

Would have liked to give zero starts

Would have liked to give zero starts! Clearly fraud!! Promised a reading but nothing came to my inbox. Very difficult to cancel the 3 day trail subscription. Need to contact my bank tomorrow to prevent any loss….
