This is a surprise for Xmas… it arrived…

This is a surprise for Xmas… it arrived in packaging very clearly saying what it was. Really really disappointed-considering returning it as it’s no longer a surprise. Every other gift I have ordered has arrived with very little information so that if seen it’s not a complygive away. Please consider orders the weeks running up to Xmas…especially little pink make up fridges…

6L tabletop fridge

Great company and website, ordering was easy and delivery quick. The fridge is as described, quite small and very quiet. It can hold 8 cans of soft drinks and keep those nicely chilled at 5/6 degrees. Great for my daughter at uni for milk/cheese.
Delivery company left the fridge outside our front door without knocking. As it wasn’t wrapped, the box got wet. Luckily we received a mail to advise us of the delivery, else it would have been left outdoors overnight.

Not a pleaseant shopping experience.

Not clear in photograph that fridge was white with black door. Described on box as black . I complained and was offered 10% off price as compensation - which the person who had promised renaged on.

Patience is a virtue

Well packaged product and seems to be functioning as expected.
Product delivered yesterday and frustrated to already had four requests for a review since the order was placed two weeks ago

Damaged delivery

Paid for next day delivery. Stayed in all day only for delivery not to arrive. When Fridge was finally delivered it was damaged. A piece of plastic on the doorframe was broken off. The plastic part seems very thin. I reported this and got a reply back that didn’t make sense - as though it was written by AI, but AI got it wrong. Phoned them up and was offered a replacement door and £20 refund which I accepted. Had to phone them again to ask when the door would be dispatched as no communication from Subcold. Was told the door would be delivered the next day (Saturday). Just got notification that the door will now only be delivered on Monday.
Not a good experience I’m afraid.

A perfect little freezer

A perfect little freezer. It is surprising how much you can get in it. Found it useful to put some sticky fixers under the feet to prevent it moving when opening the door with one hand.

The fridge arrived damaged.

The product appears to be quite good, 60L glass door beer fridge.
Ordered from Amazon, the product arrived and the box looked in good shape. On opening the door was off and the hinges were bent. Trying to get it returned was difficult as Subcold just wanted to send replacement parts. Eventually they took it back. I ordered another one direct from Subcold, it arrived with the same issue, the door had come off in transit! This time the hinges were not bent so I fixed it. I won’t buy another fridge from Subcold. Poor packaging and they are difficult to deal with regarding returns.

Brilliant small wine fridge

Brilliant small wine fridge. Exactly what we were looking for. Looks great with the smoked glass mirror door, very classy. Ideal for this time of year when you’re needing extra space. Back for another mini fridge 2nd year running!

Bought my son a beer fridge for Xmas 2024 and it’s still going strong and this year I’ve bought my grandson a 15L mini fridge for Xmas which I know he’ll absolutely love! Very good customer service too! I’d recommend a proper fridge company any day especially Subcold!

We purchased a Super85 direct from Subcold after reading reviews and were not disappointed. The product is exactly as specified and was delivered the next working day (earlier than stated when ordering). The fridge is fully stocked in preparation for Christmas.
