Once again great service from Subliblanks , ordered late Thursday night fully expecting my order to be processed Friday for Monday delivery , was delivered Saturday ,The mugs I bought were fine as well , no damaged , but to be fair if there were any damaged I know they reply via whatsapp and will refund any damaged costs , they are now my go to supplier for Sublimation 11oz mugs .

Stay away. I made an order on there website and almost one week later i was wondering why the order wasent shipped yet. So i contacted them and they told me they needed to charge me 30€ extra for my order. I wonder how long it would have taken if i didnt contact them. Not going to use them again.

Beautiful plush sublimation teddies great quality, fast dispatch, all teddies were good quality & very cute but the highland cow & giraffe are definitely worth the purchase. Pain free purchase thank you.

This company is getting beyond a joke now! I was in a chat on their website about product keys not working and two days ago they just stopped replying, messaged them on their WhatsApp number, no reply, called them only to hear a message saying their unable to supply technical help on the phone, but you can talk to them on their sales line if you want to spend money! Just be aware if you do spend money and have a problem good luck getting any response! Four times I've brought sublirip product keys, four times they've stopped working, it's time to speak to someone about legal help as being ignored by a supposedly professional company just isn't good enough, especially with how much money I have in this now!

Always reliable and always help me when I ask for favours or help. Brilliant company

Ordered a box of 100 faux leather sublimation mousepads. £170 down the drain.

A quick initial inspection showed that over 30 of the mousepad had marks and scratches on them. When I came to use them proper, I discovered that in fact almost all of them were marked or damaged in some way. Completely unusable for the type of work I do.

Usually, I order from a different company (sadly they were out of stock when I wanted to purchase from them) and out of a box of 100 I'd expect to find maybe 5 or 6 that might have some surface damage, but nothing like the 90%+ from this company.

Complete and utter garbage.

I definitely won't be using this company again.

I recently had a problem sublimating on some of the PU notebooks I ordered from Subiblanks. When I contacted them regarding this they gave helpful advice and when I explained I had already tried what they suggested they sent me replacements. For me they resolved the issue in a very positive way leaving me confident to buy from them again which I'm pleased about because my past experience of their products is good and delivery very quick.

I've had 3 orders so far from this company. Every time the dispatch and delivery has been fast. The quality of the items has also been brilliant. Highly recommend Subli blanks

Ordered from this company twice this week and have had the fastest delivery going with both my orders. Can’t fault them.

The products are good but the service has really gone downhill in recent years (long time customer)

Would love to see you guys get it together, your postage is also WAAAAYYYY more expensive than your competitors.

I gave 4 stars based upon how they used to be. I think if you were great once you can be great again
