These guys are fantastic
These guys are fantastic. Great software. Awesome results. The actual auto subs are very accurate. The magic clip feature is great at finding good parts of a Long form video and clipping it. And since I've used them, my YT channel has gotten over 200k views in three weeks, due to their great clipping software.
Not only that, but I made a bit of a blunder and basically paid for a higher sub than I needed. They refunded me the difference and sorted it, so I cannot complain. Great customer support.

I had accidentally clicked "Pay Annually" instead of "Pay Monthly". As someone who just launched a business I really couldn't afford to pay the full price up front. Customer Service got back to me quickly and let me know that while they don't generally offer refunds they would make a reception.
