I bought two perfume samples and they came as described with the amount mentioned.

Had no problems at all, came within specifed time scale and as described, would definitely recommend, its great that you can buy a sample before you purchase a large bottle to make sure it will suit you

Ordered a number of fragrances as a birthday gift. Had to chase up when it hadn't arrived after 7 days. Order arrived on day 10. Arrived in a small envelope with nothing else, no leaflet, business info or anything that could inform recipient of the ethos of the company or to explain these are genuine samples. I had watched a YouTube video which showed an influencer 'unboxing' her samples from Subscents which had prompted me to purchase. When I contacted subscents to enquire/ raise my disappointment- i was told it's an old video! If you are purchasing just for yourself then fine, but be aware if gifting.

I chose a few samples, looked one final time at my basket before clicking to check-out. The pictures shown were of the genuine branded perfume bottles. What I received, however, was a product DIFFERENT to the pictures.

I then proceeded to email Lee to ask for a return. He told me that I'd missed a line written on their website which states that the received product would be diffferent. (I am unsure as to whether this line was in fact displayed on the webpage prior, but can only give him the benefit of the doubt that this is true.)

While what he said may be true, the simple fact remains that the product SHOWN & the real product SENT are two different items. This is misleading. I can also see here I'm not the only one who this has happened to.

He also informed me that although they would accept a refund upon returning, that they WOULD NOT refund my 1st-class postal costs. This leaves me out-of-pocket.

(Unfortunately, TrustPilot doesn't seem to offer the user the ability to upload a photo, otherwise I could have shown more.)

Fantastic company with a great selection of luxury brands to choose from at brilliant prices. The sprays are especially convenient for travel, super handy and compact.
I will definitely be using this company again.

Perfume delivered as described, can’t complain!

Fast delivery and perfect service. I can now have my favourite perfume to travel with rather than packing my larger bottle. Will be using Subscents in the future for sure.
