Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Bad design, poor content and didn't allow to delete account oneself!

UPDATE
I have talk to the new owner of the site and she helps me deleting my profile and was actually interested in improving the problems. So for her good will and responsiveness, I upgrade from 1 to 3 stars.

I have purchase an (in my opinion) expensive subscription to Subscriptioninsider.com, to get a report about a special industry. The report was okay (2-3 stars out of 5), even though it was badly presented and not very thorough.

I have tried to look for other interesting content, but the site is so poorly presented and there are so many links not working, that I gave up.

Then I tried to delete my account, and the delete account page is just looking like the Edit my profile page. Impossible to see where to delete my account. Finally, after 5 attemps trying to delete my credit card infos (that were still stored), I found a dropdown well hidden in the middel where you could find a Delete account menu-item. I try it. The I try to login again and ups... I could still login in and my credit card infos infos are still stored!!

This is beyond bad service and if Subscriptioninsider (which is suppose to help it's consumer to retain customer) haven't found a better way that preventing simply to delte profile and credit cards info, It's beyond all critics.

Now I cannot even choose the dropdown to delete my account.
