Haven't received my package and…

Haven't received my package and customer service doesn't reply. Ordered it to my home via DAO. Then got message that it's going to a kiosk. Went to kiosk to ask about it and they haven't received it. Sent email to Subtel and no response*. So, 1 star because I have paid for nothing.**

Subtel asked me to review my original post. So I clarify below:
* at the time of writing the above Trustpilot review, there hadn't been an answer since 24.2. After writing to Trustpilot there was a response on the same day.

** Package eventually delivered to a kiosk. 1 star remains due to the tone of communication throughout handling the matter.

Hello,

You indeed put an unvalid address by mistake when ordering.
We’ve been in contact per email. That we don’t reply is therefore not correct. If you write on a Saturday(24.02), it is normal to get a reply only on Monday(26.02)
We processed your order, sent it to the given address, and when there was a problem in the delivery, you contacted us, we replied and forwarded the info to DAO who delievered(29.02)
We've done all steps correctly from A to Z and the communication as always been courteous.

I can't recommend Subtel

I can't recommend Subtel. By google searching a link for Subtel website was found, for a replacement packet (including tools) for changing battery in my type of GPS. The item page did not mention anything about the possibility of another battery connection plug. When receiving my order, i opened the GPS, to find that the battery delivered did not match mine. After contacting Subtel, i was informed, that there where two possible batteries in my exact type of GPS. Again I must mention that this information was NOT available as information on the page from where I had put the items in my basket. There was absolutly no possibility of compensation or discount in purchasing the "correct" type of battery. I think that at least the could inform on the page, that this was something to be aware about before ordering. The only possibility I was offered was the following : "You can obviously send us back the product for a full refund but we understand it might not be financially worth it". So they know !! and are correct, that this would not be "financially worth it" !!! Sorry to say, but I think it is poor customer service. This will be my first and only order at Subtel.

Subtel surgest that I check the battery type before ordering.... Sorry but I ordered that packet with the tools for opening my device for a reason !!! Even more important that the should inform on the ordering page, that there are several types of batteries for the specifik unit, witch as described, they did not.

We are sorry to read this. The battery you bought is compatible with you device but can only replace VF6D. You however have a VF6M, which is not indicated in our compatibility table on our website.

We encourage you to check the compatibility table before order a replacement battery. By doing so, you'll be able to avoid ordering the wrong item.

I bought a replacement battery for my jbl flip 4.
I received a battery with very low voltage and after installation the battery would’t charge.
The seller stop answering my emails and I have to file a report to get my money back.
Waste of my time!

Great service in handling faulty battery

I ordered a spare battery for a speaker. While the battery delivery time wasen't great it (since it think it's shipped from Germany to Denmark) nothing else was out of the ordinary. I ended up receiving a Postnord code to track the order and pick it up. The battery turned out to be very degraded from the start and i contacted support about this. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to ship a new product or give me a full refund.

My order is gone

So. I ordered one week ago, and I still haven't received it. I have talked to both Subtel and DAO and none of the two companies actually knows where my package is, and I have to wait another week before they can cancel the order, send a new one or just search for the package. And I need the order now for a job. I don't know who's responsible for this matter, but as a customer I don't feel informed and I can't wait two weeks to have my order send to me. So I have ordered somewhere else, maybe you should do the same?

We are sorry for that. In the rare event that the parcel doesn't arrive on time, we usually ask to wait for a maximum of 14 days before consider it as lost. The reason for this is because in 95% of the time the parcel does arrive within this time period. We want to avoid parcels being shipped twice for nothing.

Replacement item without delay

A six months old battery for my robot-mower stopped working (couldn't charge any longer).
That is something that can happen...
I emailed them and asked for a replacement battery. Subtel responded within the hour and sent me a replacement battery the next day.
Excellent service and I will be a returning customer.

BAD SUPPORT .. think carefully

4 stars for product and price - 0 stars for sending and support = 2
Shipment by DAO was chaotic, after receiving the confirmation containing a wording of: " ... within 24 hours the tracking link is active.." the payment was executed. After 6 days the link was not active and i wrote to the Support re the problem. Answer back: "We have NO options to help" .... F... you are the sender and have to solve the problem - not just by saying.: "We cannot help"
So .. if you have a lot of patience use Subtel - you might receive a link that helps you trac the parcel. They will for sure collect the payment.
