Great community to learn from network and do deals with. High value investment if you can put in the groundwork and stay positive.

Joining is worth it. You will get to learn about creative finance and real estate but the real value is every on we talk to in the community. we all have the same goal and every one wants to help each other grow.

The experience with the community is awesome. The kindness, help, and education is tremendous. Paid for itself with just the resources alone. Sometimes you get way more then what you pay for. It keeps going. The top tier standards, everyone moving as one, its what you look for in life.

Joining Subto 100% changed my life! That got me started and then when I joined OC! There was such a change in my life it was physically palpable. I am now living my absolute best life working and partnering with some of the most awesome people I have ever met!

I have invested an embarrassing amount of money in real estate mentorships and courses and Pace is the REAL DEAL! He has a success rate that blows other “gurus” in the space out of the water and he is pushing to 100% of his community successfully getting their first deal. There’s no one else to learn from.
