Was very easy to buy
Was very easy to buy, but they sent the wrong color/pattern. It isn't that big of a deal, so I am keeping the device, but was the wrong one that may have irritated someone else. I haven't even told their customer service.

"Subwing is a fun and unique product, perfect for watersports enthusiasts. However, there are a few downsides. Shipping costs can be high, and additional fees like VAT and customs charges weren’t clearly communicated. The product itself is excellent, but some storage improvements could be helpful. Overall, a decent experience, but there’s room for improvement."

The low volume mask is a very good mask. The price is a fair market value and a great buy. My only complaint is that they do not seem to be stocked in your US warehouse. The $55 shipping was a bit steep,

Delivery was surprisingly fast
Delivery was surprisingly fast to Perth, Australia. Usually it takes a while for things to get here, especially from overseas. Bought the thing as a present for my brother and he seems to be super happy with it.
