No Response/No Certificate
i recently completed the CSM–Customer Success Management Level 1 course (on Dec 5th) and passed the exam. Although the course itself was excellent, I have not received my certification or any follow‑up communication from SuccessCoaching.co. The system indicated I would receive an email within 15 minutes, but as of December 10th, I have not received anything. I’ve reached out multiple times via email, and the AI bot simply directs me to email support. It would be nice to have a response, and if there is a technical problem, I understand, but I think I should be made aware. I have filed a complaint with the FTC.
