We thought we were receiving 9 cases of 12 boxes in each case as we paid $1104.00 for this cookie order. We received 9 boxes of 12ct cookies for this amount of money. That relates to $122.75 for a 12Ct box of cookies. We were given credit for $488.00 brining the boxes to around $64.00. Still, I think that's outrages for 12 cookies. We have always purchased item and have been happy with the quality and price. These not some much.

Thank you, Tracey, for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear this order didn’t meet your expectations, especially given your history of satisfaction with our products.
The Holiday Appreciation 12 Piece Macaron Gift Set is sold as a single gift box containing 12 macarons, and customers can select the quantity of gift sets they’d like to purchase. That said, we understand how the cost may have felt high for what you received, which is why our customer service team applied our Price Guarantee and refunded the difference after the product price was reduced.
We appreciate your continued support and hope to provide a better experience with your future orders.
