The product is very nice, but I was disappointed for getting the wrong order. This was ordered for Boss's day way before the date, when I received it. It was the wrong message, and the name of the Hospital was wrong. I ended up giving it to my boss two weeks later. Although when I called to have an expedited order, I was told that I couldn't. As a customer, I was not treated fairly. I understand that I am just one customer, but everyone should be treated the same.
