They have worst customer service ranging from delay in delivery of products, cancellation of orders at last minute, no replies to repeated messages to non-existent grievance redressal system. They give a deaf ear to repeated pleas of customer. Stay far away from them.
I have very bad experience of shopping with Sudev Fashions. I ordered a dress material on their website. But they failed to deliver the product. Then, I asked for refund but even after 2 months they are dilly dallying the issue. They are pressurizing me to order any another product from them. I would advice everyone do not shop from Sudev Fashions. Never ever buy anything from them.
