The parts we needed arrived in perfect condition. They were accurately addressed and well packed. The service could have been better if the parts had arrived the next day in line with what we paid. I did query this but didn't hear anything back.

The delivery was good.

I purchased a product from Suds Online which was an easy, fast and efficient service.
Unfortunately I received the incorrect part, bottom basket wheels instead of top basket wheels for a dishwasher. My email enquiry was replied to immediately, a new set sent out with no need to return the wrong ones and a 10% future discount.
I think you tell the quality of a supplier when things go wrong. I believe I have high expectations of customer service but they definitely exceeded my expectations.

Problem was that the brushes mount at an angle to the armature.
And should be one left and one right....Both brushes were the same hand ...!
The wrong handed one is clacking away....until it "turns" into an opposite hand.
Please check before you dispatch to other customers.

Wrong part for my oven. Said it would fit but screw holes slightly wrong. Always buy a trusted part.

As I'm living in Ireland I find some uk sellers take advantage of currency difference and postage. Also long delay from placing the order to getting delivery. Suds, however, ticked all the right boxes with excellent and prompt delivery. I would recommend Suds to any potential purchaser and will certainly have no qualms in availing of their services should the need arise in the future.

Returned an order and they were rude from the outset and never got a refund.

After finally locating a land-line number I phoned it only to be greeted by a poor couple that had been receiving upset calls like mine for 3 YEARS!

They told me that they have repeatedly asked Suds-Online to remove the number from their web site and other marketing, only to get told that it's not there responsibility and they would not!

I have never known problems like this in my life of dealing with companies.

I can't get hold of them at all everything I try is a dead end. I feel I now have no option but to go to the premises and collect what they owe in person.

I made the purchase of a VAX filter from suds online quite some time ago and if If I'm honest I had forgotten about my purchase until nudged. Suds online were very competitive with price, I did a lot of running around for this item after my husband helped me out by emptying out the vac just as the bin men arrived taking the filter with them. Their service and delivery was exceptionally fast and I would highly recommend them

This it am is advertised as for another make of dishwasher but should be advertised as universal as it fits my beko and no doubt would fit other makes aswell but still a good price for a good item.
