Very happy with whole process
Read all the reviews before contacting Michael. He was exactly as others have said - prompt, friendly, efficient. There is no sales pitch and no pressure - just sensible advice from someone who clearly knows his stuff. We needed a small tweak to the system after installation and Michael arrived the very next morning after we raised the request to implement the change. I would definitely recommend.

Definitely recommend!
We already use Suffolk Fire & Security to maintain our fire alarms and emergency lighting. As we have been so impressed with the work, communication, support and friendliness we decided to move our intruder alarm maintenance over also.
As expected, Mike was thorough, helpful and insightful.

Mike is always polite and helpful
Mike is always polite and helpful. We have been with him for three years now and he has always been willing to help with any problems or questions we have had - and we have had a few, mainly of my own making. The system works well and maintenance charges are very sensible so all in all, we have no adverse comments at all and would recommend him to anyone who is considering security measures.

Excellent!
4 exterior cctv wired cameras installed in one day and all working excellently allowing us peace of mind in our quiet rural location.
Michael was very knowledgable about the placing of each one and offered good advice on the system that was installed.
