Items arrived quickly and were well packaged in perfect condition and are great quality.
After a slight problem Fraser sorted it with a replacement and was very helpful. Highly recommended.
The packaging was marked as “fragile,” but the sticker still arrived bent, likely because it was sent in a flimsy, non-protective envelope.
I know applying a sticker to a car window isn’t complicated, but it would’ve been helpful to include some tips or instructions. I wanted it to be perfect so we decided to look online and managed find that using a mix of washing-up liquid and water helps with this type of sticker — though I was sceptical at first. Once applied, there’s still a slight bend visible from where it was originally creased, and one letter has a slight tear because of the delivery damage.
For future orders, it might help to use sturdier packaging to prevent the sticker from bending during delivery. That said, the sticker itself does look very nice — you’d only notice the damage if you looked closely.
