I ordered from Canada for my son's birthday in London. The process was smooth, the delivery was on time and the cake was delicious! This is my second time ordering from Sugaholics. They are now my go to for ordering cakes in London!

Disapponting
I have been ordering Cake from Sugaholics since past few years and the cake were always delicious. However this time the quality and taste were not the same as before.
I had ordered Cake with Ferro Rocher and Oreo flavour but could not taste any of this flavor which I why I bought the cake.
Usually the Cake runs out but this time out of the two cakes one cake was left which explains why.
Communication is always the problem as telephone number did not work, WhatsApp response were too late.
Website says Flat £5 off but the code does not work and got a WhatsApp response that there is a glitch in the website!!

If you know what cake is, avoid this company!!
We ordered a Victoria sponge cake from Sugaholics for a special occasion, paying a premium price of £140 – and were left completely disappointed. The cake didn’t even have jam. When we reached out to customer service to clarify, we were met with rude, argumentative responses insisting that a Victoria sponge “doesn’t have jam.”
For future reference: A traditional Victoria sponge consists of sponge cakes filled with raspberry or strawberry jam and whipped or buttercream in the middle. It’s a classic British cake, and jam is an essential component.
Beyond the missing jam, the cake itself was disappointing in taste. It tasted artificial, more like an eggless sponge without any butter - dry and bland, with none of the rich, homemade flavor you'd expect from a cake at this price point.
For £140, we expected a quality, authentic cake and professional service. What we got was neither. Would not recommend based on the poor quality, overpricing, or the unprofessional customer service

Regarding the Victoria sponge cake, we understand your concern about the missing jam. Traditionally, yes — jam is a key element of a classic Victoria sponge. However, over the years, we’ve adjusted our recipe based on feedback from many of our regular customers, the majority of whom prefer it without jam. That said, we absolutely do accommodate requests for jam, and we wish this had been clarified during the order process. We’ll make sure our team communicates this more clearly going forward to avoid future misunderstandings.

Real value for money
Delivered with care and just as importantly, on time. The customer service team were quick to respond to queries. The cake was designed beautifully and the size was perfect.
The taste and the texture were perfect. In my experience when asked to focus on a specific design the quality of the cake can be sacrificed, not with these guys. I would honestly buy a cake from Sugaholics for the taste and texture alone, the fact that they can do amazing and elegant designs is just an additional benefit.
I’m so impressed with the quality of this product, I have to review with 5* because the everything from the customer service, quality of the product and price were amazing.

Last minute order for my daughters 10th
I found this company after tasting a friends birthday cake and asking where it was bought as it was the best cake I have ever had the pleasure of tasting!
I emailed the bakery as I didn't know where to start concerning the cake I wanted, the response was prompt and had a link to the suggested cake, which I ended up buying.
I got the Strawberries Mousse cake...🍓🎂 and everybody enjoyed the cake the same way I did trying it for the first time.
I requested a specific delivery time, and the cake did arrive later than expected but this is without exception as the window for delivery is wide and the driver tried his best....which I am greatful for. He was also very polite and easy on the eye.
I will be ordering another cake for my fathers birthday which I will have delivered on the day hopefully it comes at a decent time.
This company is our new go to bakery for cakes and I love the fact that the ingredients are halal. They do not compromise on taste or quality.
I absolutely recommend them.
