I am still waiting for them to contact…
I am still waiting for them to contact me. I've asked for a refund and still waiting. Fraudulent advertising. I still want my refund. And I need them to contact me... Fraud
DO NOT BUY!!
DO NOT BUY!!! scammed out of $324 they lied said a package was delivered by some uni uni delivery service. To an address across the street they lied that I used that address its $324 I double checked the address apt # everything i know my address. Address no apartment number make it make sense no common sense . They better count they days God dont play about me .I would give a zero if I could
They offer a money back guarantee
They offer a money back guarantee, so ordered it and used it for 3 months as they require. Didn't work so went online to return for full refund. They put you through a TON of stupid questions, and the website continually tries to get you to keep it and only get a portion of your money back. You have to keep saying NO to their partial offers and jump through each screen answering their stupid questions! Finally did it, then I got emails from Support at Sugar Harmony dot com asking me to reconsider and keep using it. What a scam! I wouldn't give up! I did everything they asked, packaged it all up, used and unused bottles and mailed back delivery and signature confirmation, followed their instructions to the T. Then I verified via USPS that it was picked up and signed for. Then I emailed that verification to their Support email and requested verification on their end. They emailed verification and said refund would be no more than 15 days. Today was BUSINESS DAY 16, still no refund. Emailed them and got a response email immediately directing me to the exact same URL for a return that I already had done! I emailed them back that I felt this was a scam and stall practice and if I didn't get my refund in 24 hours I would report them to BBB AND to the AG with a formal complaint so the AG could investigate them for Fraud. Well, that got their attention and they emailed me a phone number in order to call and speak to someone to make my refund a "priority". I called. The man who answered took my info and processed the refund. He was in Canada. He also sent me a verification of the refund being submitted today and I then called my credit card company to verify the refund was at least pending. It was so I'll give them credit for that at least. But BEWARE THIS COMPANY. If I wasn't so determined and kept up on this, I think they never would have returned the funds to my credit card and wanted to wait to see if they could have the clock run out on giving me my money back via a dispute with my credit card company.
BEWARE!
To make this quick and concise - Sugar Harmony sent me 12 bottles of product. I only ordered 6! Now they are trying to collect $321.56. This is a scam by Sugar Harmony. Not only to me but to other clients. I have printed many complaints and discussed these with my bank. My bank was hit for 2 orders when I only ordered 1 (6) order. I placed a dispute with my bank and will fight it till the end. BEWARE!
I never received the product
This is a scam. If Drs Phil & OZ are behind this, then they are a fraud. I never received the product. After "working" with customer support for 3 weeks, I still didn't received the product. Then when I requested a refund, I was given a link that took about 20 minutes. It offered me a 30% refund to settle quickly. Then after more question & statements, I was offered 75% refund. I refused, and then went through another series of questions & statements until they said they would process the refund in 60 business days, IF they approved my refund.
Do Not Buy From this Vendor!!!!!!!
As other reviewers have said, I placed an order for six bottles of sugar harmony. The order was doubled and I also received a nerve supplement that I did not ask for. My credit card was charged for over $600.00. I tried to cancel the order before it was shipped. It shipped anyway. I tried to return the product and after nine attempts I give up. I have a return address but without authorization for the return I don't believe I will get a refund. Do Not buy from this vendor!!!!!!
This looks like a scam
This looks like a scam. I ordered the product from a video and then went on line to research it and found the the product is not recommended if your on Blood thinner. I consulted my Dr and he advised to cancel the order. I did and I talked to a very polite and helpful individual that did cancel and put in for my refund. That was a month ago. Since then I have gone around and around calling and emailing different numbers. Not one could get me in charge with anyone at Sugar Harmony. The recordings kept offering me different remedies such as 25% 50% and 75% refunds. I held out for my total refund. I emailed the First Lady I talked to and she keeps giving me a number that is just an answering service. I asked her to call and now she tells me she has no contact. Dr Oz was part of the original video to buy the product. I am having my attorney contact Dr Oz. He is our presidents head of stopping fraud and bring the fraudsters to Justice. I beiieve the video used a AI image of him. I hope he can end this night mare for me. I have enough problems with a wife with Alzheimer’s and my own heart condition to deal with these shisters. Don’t buy they need to be shut down.
Sugar Harmony Scam
To make a long story short. Videos are all lies, AI generated false endorsements. Pictures of clebs with products are all fake.
Ordered 6 bottles and they doubled my order without my consent and refused to cancel the orders no matter how many times I tried. Contacted Credit card company and they they sent them letters but got no response. Sent the product and when I asked about return they just kept trying to sell me other products or sell me coaching! Who know how much they would rip me off for that.
Returned product and sent with signature required went to some warehouse in Ohio. They got it and signed for it but never got refund and I am sure I never will. They whole company is just a scam, please don't waste your money.
I will never do any business that uses Click Bank either.
I will be filing a claim of fraud-ROBBERY!
I will be filing a claim of fraud with PayPal and the BBB as they charged me double of what they claimed.
Sugar Harmony doesn't work and neither does the "Nerve Freedom" that they sent.
ROBBERY!

Scan can’t get a refund have to call fraud department at my bank
Fraudently charged for more bottles than ordered.
We responded to an ad on the web and ordered 6 bottles, They charged us for 6 and then added 12 and charged up for them. We immediately notified them of the error and they sent a link that we could not connect to. After received I contacted to find out a return address to send the 12 back and they make it IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund. I am turning them in to my credit card company as a fraudulent charge.
I haven't found anything that connects…
I haven't found anything that connects Mark Cuban to Sugar Harmony
The video with Tom Hanks displayed…
The video with Tom Hanks displayed actual blueberrys with cream and a blender. He said if mixed properly will drop your A1C and cost less than $1.00
Well, the video went completely away from this and promoted drops.
It think its a scam and a lie. Dont buy this product, read the other posts.
Beware before you buy. Service is horrible.
Total runaround trying to get refund since March 2 . First I was told the order was canceled before shipping but that didnt happened . Then shipping info was wrong. I suspect Cs response are AI generated or Laura the CS rep isn't doing her job
I ordered sugar harmony against my…
I ordered sugar harmony against my better judgement! I ordered 6 bottles and only received 3 but was charged the full amount. Immediately I called and cancelled membership and automatic refills and was asked to give it a try. Then the coach, who I had no idea was something else I would be responsible for paying for at a cost of over $2700.00 , asked me to order more! I have been trying to get a 100% refund but all I am getting is the run around.
I filed a dispute with the credit card company this morning. We will see how that goes.
Buyer beware this is a total SCAM!!!!!

I totally got sucked in by the Drs Phil and Oz
I totally got sucked in by the Drs. Phil and Oz and tried to order 3 bottles. The website appeared to not be working. About a week later I received a box full of other products that I did not order to the tune of @$500. I was unable to make any contact with the company to return the unwanted product. I also found that one could purchase the product from Amazon for @ one third the price. Do not attempt to buy the product from the Company's website.
TOTAL SCAM ! ! !
In the presentation they mention a parasite that lived in the pancrease as the cause of type 2 diabetes. They never mentioned the parasite again. Not that the meds killed it. Only that you needed to take the supplement for 6 months.
Second in the presentation they claim to give you 3 bottles if you buy 3. As you fill out the form to buy 6, you discouver that it is $49 per bottle = 49 x 6 total $294.
Finally after filling out email and tel number , scrolling down the page, I had second thoughts. I did not submit the form. But after about 5 minutes I got a phone call from them. At 2;30 AM !
I belive this is a total scam. Three things that make me wary above.
I haven't received the product yet
I haven't received the product yet. My review is about the video, it is TOTALLY AI and I know that Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz don't have time to find and bring Lawsuits Against all the companies that are using AI to misrepresent and scam people however there are some lawsuits worth pursuing and this should be one.
So glad I got this
I watched the whole 60 Minutes show and decided to try it as my blood sugar was 316. I started two weeks ago and my blood sugar is at 115. It tastes great and the benefits are worth trying it. I bought 12 bottles and plan to dump the Glimepride in several weeks. I still have my Dr. Peppers ( no diet) and plain M&Ms. the only change I made was to start using Splenda. I can’t stand diet drinks because of the Aspartame. I recommend you try it assp
Video tries to scam people
I am not reviewing the product, I'm reviewing the video. This video is completely AI generated with false images and voice representations of Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz as well as others in this false representation.
First most, they say they are going to show everyone how to formulate their own supplement to kill EurytremaPancreaticulum and restore their blood sugar levels. They lied.
They never show you how to make this natural supplement even though they show people mixing vinegar, cinnamon, lime, honey and other ingredients. You must view the entire video and then the HARD SALE comes on as they push their snake oil.
Do not fall for this scheme!
