My order went through just after 6pm so…
My order went through just after 6pm so thought it wouldn't be delivered until the day after but I received it before 8pm. I didn't realise how many sweets 1kg is, they will last ages and everything i ordered for my pick n mix bag was in there. Great service, will defintely use again.

The service is truly amazing. Place an order at 18.45 and it’s delivered at 19.20. Now I think Amazon are quick for delivery but these guys win hands down The sweets are amazing a bag full of gorgeous colours and the smell when you open the bag takes me back to my childhood You have to order from Sugar Rush you won’t be disappointed

I ordered two 1KG bags from this company and picked my own sweets to go into them both. The selection of sweets was incredible and there is definitely something for everyone on there. I dealt with Georgina who was so helpful in making sure I had the sweets the same day I ordered them! Both Georgina and Nathan are such lovely people to do business with and so helpful. I would highly recommend this business and can’t wait to purchase more sweets!

Thanks for your feedback. We thought that we'd offer you some clarity over the points you made - as your review isn't factual. We've addressed your specific points below:
“Lots of just the same sweets”
You selected the random pouch when you ordered. The key part of the product is outlined as ‘Random’ and the product description is clear to this. Each Random pouch contains at an absolute minimum – 20 different sweets measured at 50g each – equating to the 1KG. If you’re not happy with the selection of the outlined ‘Random’ pouch, select a Pick n Mix and pick your own sweets – you may find it a more satisfying product.
“Back of a plaster”
This cannot be correct – and we’ve yet to have contact from you via any channel. We package our products in a secure environment – and we have rigorous controls in place – we disagree with your comment. Not only because Plasters would not be present in the said environment – but because it’s two people that operate the business – who have full oversight of everything that happens within it and in addition to this, PPE is used when packaging orders. We’ve yet to see evidence of this matter and it especially surprises us that you’ve not raised it, despite the product being delivered on 11/02/2022 – we are now a week later.
“Contacted through FB but no response”
We take issue with this – You have made no attempts to contact us through Facebook and we’ve actually searched our information in Business Suite for your name, email address and all other information to hand. We have received no correspondence from you in relation to your order – via Facebook or any other social channel – or via Email at our key email address: hello@sugar-rush.co.uk – We’d be happy to take a look at any dated evidence you can provide of this so we can investigate further if needed.
“Very different to the variety shown online”
We do not show a variety of sweets online for the product you’ve selected. The bag you ordered was random and is very clear in the title of the product and also within the product description. We do not confirm the mix of sweets within that product – a misleading statement from your end.
As outlined in our email to you today - the first contact made or received since you ordered, we've refunded your payment as a gesture of goodwill - we take customer satisfaction seriously; despite the malicious intent of your review.
We hope you can find a better value for money product to the same standard for the £7.50 you paid.
