The site just steals the money and disappear!
they never answer back my emails!

Scam website - didn't check reviews until a several weeks went by with no reply from them.

Don't buy from this store. It's a scam. I spent 180 euros on Christmas gifts that never arrived. They don't answer my messages, and I had to open a PayPal claim to get a refund. Weeks have passed, and I'm still waiting.

Buyer be ware! I ordered a mug waited 6 weeks messaged 2 different times. Days apart with no anwer finally got an answer after the third email asking where my item was ((they had not even shipped it out)) they did not provide any tracking in the first place and I have not gotten a resolution on money back sence it wasn't sent out in the first place.

Initially impression was like - lol what a flea market.
Still, after surfing the products they sell, indicating that I can order here some nice artworks with way lower price than in the specialized stores, I decided to make it. I had plans to redecorate master bedroom adding some more interesting details matching the design and the interior.
An artwork I have ordered was pretty close to what I needed, so without hesitation, ordered here. Everything was fine, now this brilliant handcrafted thing is shining right in front of the bed on the wall.

Place an order with this company in July money was taken from my account on 13th July and that's it nothing, I can't trace anything as my computer died, but I have a bank statement stating they took £40.42 from my bank and I have nothing

4 years and still waiting for my parcel! They ignore your emails. Money down the drain! They are a bunch of thieves

Got my items on time and beautiful package , so no damage on the way.

Shoot! They got me!!!!! And I know better! They send you an enticing email with great product pictures. So I fell for it! Feeling dumb!!! Sugar and Cotton immediately tell me my item is shipped. Then fell off the face of the earth. No tracking number. No response to my emails.... darn it! I think we all need to be leery of where products are coming from. I’ve been scammed by overseas orders too often. My bad!

Please never buy from Sugar & Cotton. 4 years ago I purchased a Harry Potter T-shirt as a gift and yes, you guessed it, was never received and no refund was made either. The fact that this so called company is happy to take your money and not actually send the item you paid for ( basically theft) is abhorrent.
As you can imagine over the last 4 years I had completely forgotten about the $20 odd dollar T-shirt. However, recently Sugar & Cotton have been relentlessly spamming my email. So I took the bait and decided to give them a piece of my mind and troll them back. There is no customer service team just automated responses, from which I can only assume they do to thousands of "customers" ( more like victims) to pull the cotton ( pun intended) over everyone's eyes. But to my astonishment, woke up to a email this very morning, after a week of spamming them back to their automated responses that they have refunded me some 4 years later. I highly doubt they have in fact refunded me and will not be holding my breath.
I am shocked that this company still exists and to this day is still stealing from people.
Do not ever buy from this disgusting so called company.

I never bought something from this compagnie.... but they are sending me all kind of e-mails... A lot... really annoying and I don’t trust them!

Warning to not buy from this company. Item was not as advertised. The ad showed an adult with a beautiful, oversized chunky blanket. I ordered the largest size (XL) but received a cheap baby size blanket. I wish I had done homework because there are abundant complaints to the Better Business Bureau on this company.

DON’T BUY! They have a great marketing campaign, the lunar lamp, marked down from $157 to $30 seems like this really cool thing... you could buy something better at the dollar store. It’s a super incredibly cheap plastic ball that lights up, I’m so disappointed that I paid $40 for this small piece of trash! And I got it as a gift, took forever to ship! How disappointing and deceitful!

Ordered my items and have not received anything. Really wish I had read this website beforehand!!

If I could give this company a zero I would! I ordered my item over six weeks ago and still hadn’t received it so I emailed them enquiring as to where it was. I received an email back saying that they had forgotten to ship my item and would do so immediately. I emailed back asking if they could send the item express post to which they emailed that they didn’t offer expediated shipping. I asked them to provide me shipping and tracking information to which I received crickets. Nothing. Almost a week and a half post the last email and I haven’t heard a thing. This company is a scam. I should have read all these results before I ordered from them. I won’t be making the same mistake again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Wish I had done my homework before ordering from them. They are scammers. You will lose your money and not get your purchase.

They deserve ZERO stars but that is not possible. The quality of the items is terrible. I wouldn't wear them to clean up my house. I sent the items back- it cost me $52.00 to return the items to China & they still will not credit my account... This company is awful!!! Please don't order from them... Also, they keep changing their name. They are still tricking people by posing as a different company... BE WARE!!!

Never again. I ordered something it never showed. It was easier to get toilet paper during the pandemic. I think this might be a fake company- the item never showed. We had no other problems during this time.

I emailed my complaints the same day I wrote this review. You all are scammers. I stated I wanted a refund.
