After I received my order this company keeps trying to charge my card. I contacted them about five times telling them to cancel and stop whatever but they ignored my request. Be careful it’s something fraudulent about this company!

Made a one time purchase of the glow wash, i cannot tell if the product is good or not because i barely use it. The reason i give the 2 stars is because not even a month yet since i received the product, which i did not subscribe to anything, my bank account was changed $64 from this company as if I had a subscription with them. Mind you, my purchase was only $29. Customer Service is non existent, they never replied to my email. Thank goodness I was able to report it as fraud to my bank and got my money back and cancelled my card, horrible just horrible

Please!! Listen!! Don’t buy from this company. They are scam artists and there’s no way to get in touch with anybody. Every call, email, or website reply leads to nothing. I purchased 1 item from this website 2 months ago, since then they have charged my card 4 times!! I had to dispute through my bank.

DO NOT PURCHASE! This is a scam website. I made one single purchase, and they signed me up for a subscription. I’ve contacted them so many times to cancel, and they refuse to respond to my emails and chats. There’s no way to cancel online or remove my card without adding another. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

I purchased a one time order in the amount of $14.98which was fine but then I checked my account and they charged me again for the same item four weeks later and charged me $34.98 . This is not ok by any means. People please be careful these people do not answer the phones or emails.

Buyer beware. I purchased a product from Sugar Baby and they signed me up for reoccurring monthly orders. I went to my account and can not find where I signed up for these monthly orders and can not find out how to stop them. I sent an email to their help email address help at sugarbabycare dot com and no response. This is frustrating. The product I purchased was not that great and I would have tried another but I just want this experience to be over as soon as possible. Now I will have to ask my bank to prevent them from making charges. Disappointing experience and I hope this prevents someone else from getting scammed.

I made a 1 time purchase of some of their products for my son of $70+ dollars. They put me into a subscription for monthly deliveries of these $70+ products without my knowledge. Even when I go to their website and my account, it shows that I do not have a subscription with them. There are numerous reports all over the internet (Even a Facebook Page) of them scamming people with the same fraudulent practices.

The product works but the company will take your money after requesting a subscription cancellation and not refund it

First let me say the products are amazing. I would’ve gave 5 stars but they keep charging your card. I canceled my subscription on line that didn’t work. I called in and canceled again. I just got a charge but I cancel my card just because of this type of thing. I been using them for about three months now

It’s completely dishonest to change your check out to auto enroll us into a subscription . I should have to check that box off, not you already have it selected randomly with no notice of the update to your check out process. I have to wait 3 delivered shipments just to cancel something I never signed up for. Once this comes in, I will never order from them again. The product works very well for me, but I’ll be damned if I continue business here. I’ve been using it almost a year now.

I have not noticed a difference in my skin and they keep taking my money off this automatic subscription that I never agreed to and cannot cancel! Do NOT order from them!

Tactics that the company uses to continuously charge their customers. I have been trying for months to cancel a subscription that I never subscribed to. I have emailed, and I have called this company with no response. My bank has reversed the charges dating back 5 months. I am kicking myself because I did not read the reviews. It's clear that this is a problem for all the customers who purchased this product.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is a SCAM with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They force subscription without disclosure and even after SEVEN emails and calls they still accessed my account for products I dont use

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I don’t remember subscribing to the products I ordered but apparently I did, and I’m now locked into 3 orders before I can cancel. When I first reached out to customer service, they were friendly and sounded like they wanted to help. But when I got my second order a month later, the face wash was not sealed and leaked all over the shipping box, and the color of the wash was much darker than my past order. The company sent what I assumed to be an auto generated email asking me “how are things going?” I responded telling them my issues with pictures and I got no response back. I continued emailing with no response and now I’m past he 30 day window for a return/exchange. As soon as you have a complaint, they will ghost you. I wish I had checked trust pilot before ordering. At this point I’m ready to just cancel my credit card so they can’t charge me anymore. Agreed with others, this company is a COMPLETE SCAM!!!

Ordered from this company once and they auto enrolled me in a su subscription that they refuse to cancel. They ignore emails and DMS. Their customer service number leads to no where. At this point they have charged my card 3x even though I cancelled my old one. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY THE CHARGES NEVER END!!!

The company won't answer my calls,emails,chats. The first order was canceled and I requested to cancel all future orders,to cancel subscriptions. They still took money out my account. I am notifying my bank and anyone else I need to.

I placed an order before Christmas of 2025 for special buy 2 get 2 for stocking staffers. I was very careful and not subscribe for reoccurring purchases but somehow ended up in a one. I have been charged $60 three times through the subscription. I messaged them on the 2rd order after I realized what was happening. I got a message back telling me I can't cancel and the 3rd order would be the last and they would cancel my subscription. I go back to the website and my subscription was canceled so I thought everything was good to go. NOPE! I saw that i was being charged again for a regular order again!!! I have sent about 10 emails, no response. I even sent an email back to the one I was responded back to and so far nothing. Thankfully the card i had listed is expired. I hope a class action lawsuit is filed!!! That is deceitful business practices and I hope the owner pays!

This company will ignore your emails and phone calls. They lock you into a subscription model for a product you thought you were only purchasing once! There is no way to cancel the subscription on the website. Their phone service goes straight to voicemail. This is devious. I will start making arrangements to sue them at this point.

This company is the absolute worst
They are ripping people off. I have attempted to cancel a subscription for several months. I have called and the number just rings, I have emailed with no response and the cancelation form on the website does not work. This company is stealing from people by forcing them to stay in subscriptions they did not choose. BEWARE AND DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. Don't believe all the fake bot good reviews on this site, that's the company trying to balance out all the bad reviews. These people are crooks. I will let everyone I know that this company isn't to be trusted. I've been trying to cancel for 3 months and yet another charge. I will call my bank tomorrow to report this company and fraudulent and the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE THIEVES!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️
