Health & Safety Concerns

Ordered 2 items, took a while to be deliver due to the weekend etc. items arrived and they packed the wrong items.
I contacted via email and got a response saying that it was new staff etc. which although not ideal, is acceptable and understandable.
However, the concerns are raised that the company would not send out the replacements until a collection of the wrong items had been arranged due to them having to send the items to the correct customer….. I’m unsure if they are aware that food items that have been in the possession of customers and left their premises can no longer be resold to others, but they still stipulated that this is the reason for the return.
When asked to resend the items as they are due for a birthday present I was met with the same response that they wouldn’t resend until a collection had been arranged.
Having spent money on the item I emailed requesting a refund and was advised of some options, one being that they would send out the items asap and I would get confirmation quickly…… however nothing still.

I have seen some of the responses on here and they seem to take it personally and not professionally. Basically, no products that I ordered but the desperation for the return of items that had been sent in error to send to another person.

As a small business it is important for us to address issues where we can resolve them easily, and we are sorry we fell short on this occasion.

I have looked into the issue with your order. We did indeed send the incorrect items and have rectified this issue internally, but it did result in a small delay to your order whilst we resent the correct items out, for which we apologised and rectified. We resent you tracking details for the correct order on Friday and offered you a gesture of goodwill on email as an apology (within that email on Friday).

We are sorry we didn't meet our usually high standards on this occasion. We have had a few teething problems this week with a key new member of staff and the software we use to pack our items, which we are working on rectifying and have now fixed, and our apologies once again this has resulted in a mix up with your order, but we thank you for your feedback and I can assure you it has been dealt with internally.

Mainly pleased with order

Pleased with my order. Sent out promptly. Was just a bit upset that there was a wrong item. Had ordered some little cheese sandwich biscuits, but they weren’t there. Some peanut butter sandwich biscuits had been packed instead.

Don't bother with the mystery boxes…

Don't bother with the mystery boxes often under value or missing items, definitely not worth it. Better off to pick items of your choice (probably from an alternative website). Won't order again. Disappointing.

Edit to Add: Yes, I definitely have the right company here and looking after others reviews I can see the issue is not isolated?

I desperately needed American candy for…

I desperately needed American candy for a birthday cake . I tapped into google and sugar box came up . Amazing choice , well packaged and the cake looked incredible . Great shipment time and communication . Will defo use again .

Amazing service

Razzles

I ordered some razzles for a 13 going on 30 themed party. I was really impressed with the service. The delivery was very quick and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use the company again in the future.

Please buy from Sugar Box!

Ordered twice from Sugar Box, both times exceeded expectations and i got perfectly good items with 0 damage and the items were delivered super fast in under a week! I would absolutely highly recommend buying from Sugar Box, I know I will again soon!

Fab service

Fab service. Absolutely love American cinnamon toast crunch and these minis were so nice I’ve ordered another 2 boxes.
Having perused the website I was a little disappointed how much stuff was out of stock though. Hope this improves.

I have bought twice from Sugar Box and both times the orders have been sent out promptly and well packaged to avoid damage.

Amazing customer service!!!!

I ordered some goods on Wednesday afternoon for an American friends birthday on the Friday and noticed that they probably wouldn’t make it in time if it wasn’t dispatched that same day (my fault!) - I sent Sugar Box an email explaining this and they responded saying their Royal Mail pickup was in only 20 minutes but they would see what they could do.. 20 mins later I received another message saying they had got the order out on time for me! The sweets arrived the next afternoon with no issues, genuinely an amazing service and definitely deserve 5 stars! Thank you guys :)
