Scam, Scam, Scam

Why do I always get scammed . I guess I don’t do research before I buy.
Why are people so dishonest just for a buck. People are hurting. They just want relief and will try anything. And then these scammers come and take their hopes away. Shame on these scammers and liars. They will get theirs.
You also might have noticed they changed their name to milk it a bit longer. To our friends, research before buying. It will save money and heartache. Good luck to all.

It appears the formula is darker and tastes weaker. It has ceased to work as well as it did. We notified the firm and received no response. We will not take it until the company can explain these changes and reassures us that it continues to produce the desired effects.

Sugar Defender did not reduce my sugar…

Sugar Defender did not reduce my sugar issue. I'm a type 2 diabetic and I stayed on my meds of Jardiance and Metformin as prescribed by my doctor while I took Sugar Defender for a year. My blood was drawn and tested every 3 months for my A1C. It never changed. It stayed at 6.7 for the year, which was the same as it had been on my 2 previously prescribed meds mentioned above. Definitely disappointed and not satisfied. A waste of my money!

Major Problems

I bought Sugar Defender on July 17, 2024. The next day I got a call from a guy who identified himself as Tom from Sugar Defender. He wanted to offer me the two supplements Flora Fortify and Nervix. The total cost was $294.00 on top of the over $300 I already paid. He said it came with the same 60 day money back guarantee as the Sugar Defender. On September 15, called the support number told agent wasn’t working for me so needed their refund. She said oh we’re finding out it takes 90 days for some people to fully see any improvement so I’ll extend your money back for 30 days. I accepted and a few days before October 17 I called and said no go for me. So the agent gave me instructions to return and I did certifying the package with tracking number. They received package and credited me for the Sugar Defender but not for the Flora Fortify and Nervix for $29400. I called they said they couldn’t find a record of me buying the supplement. How can that be? I told agent I could show the charge on my credit card. No go. Said I’d have to dispute charge. So I did. Several weeks later got a chargeback on my card they were disputing the chargeback. So my bank re-disputed the charge. Same thing several weeks later. Got email for problems like this for Sugar Defender. Emailed telling problem and they said they found order but didn’t show I returned product. Wanted tracking number to show delivered. I had lost the tracking number as this was over 3 months from returning. And delivery notice was wiped out of my Informed Delivery app as it doesn’t stay in that long once it shows delivered. So total mess. So take caution when ordering this product and keep all mailing receipts.

Sugar Defender did nothing for me

I used 3 bottles of sugar defender, daily for 4 months. There was no change in my blood glucose or A1C levels. It did not work.
At first, they refused my request for a refund, but then changed and gave me a full refund. That is great!

Used as directed for one year

Used as directed for one year. BS doubled, A1C doubled is totally snake oil!
They offer a 60 day guarantee but recommend 90 day usage to see results.
BS (that’s not blood sugar)!!
Save your money this is fake. I have been an RN over 30 years.

I'm on my last bottle

I'm on my last bottle. I had a hysterectomy because of cancer. They did a blood test and my blood sugar came out normal. I put 20 drops in a small amount of water in the morning an hour before eating. I didn't increase or decrease my sugar intake. I had before doing this cut out all sugar which didn't work but when I took this it did work. So if there's other companies trying to fool you make sure you get the original. It does work.

six month disaster

I purchased the 6 month plan in order to be optimistic and hoping this plan will work. Besides they also said I should order now because the "supply is limited and will run out soon". What a farce! After taking the doses as directed with one dropper full every morning under my tongue it has done nothing for me. I have checked my glucose twice a day and it has either remained the same or gone up during the 6 months. Also, my A1C increased 0.8 more during the same period. My doctor recommended that I stop the Sugar Defender and prescribed Metformin for me and it has now started to get to where it should be. I expect to have my sugar to where it should be within another 6 months without Sugar Defender. Now that the trial period has lapsed I have no chance of getting my money back.

Why Product Difference Between Orders

My first 3 bottles was sweet and had a syrupy consistency and after a A1C test 70 days later, my reading went down from 5.8 to 5.5. That made me feel good about the product and so I ordered another 3 bottles, however the new order was totally different from the first order. The first order had a sweet taste and a more syrupy consistency. Now the second order has a sour taste and a watery consistency. Now not so sure if this lowered my A1C or if it was my diet change. Just doesn't seem right that a product should change so much from batch to batch.

Beware of a counterfeit product!

There is another company using the exact same label as Sugardefender but has different ingredients and is much cheaper. I see a huge difference between the reviews, so If you bought the copy and were unhappy, that might be the reason.
