Speedy delivery, beautiful macarons

I brought some Lotus Biscoff macarons as a gift, the recipients said they were delicious. They arrived on time, very securely packaged and nicely boxed when opened. Great choice of flavours and options. Would order from Sugar Glaze again.

This is the 2nd order I have placed with Sugar Glaze Bakery. Both times I have ordered the personalised macarons. Customer service is A*, really responsive, giving guidance of photo images and super quick delivery. Would highly recommend.

Ben went out of his way to enable me to collect the macaroons from him personally, due to tight timeframes. They looked absolutely beautiful and my friend loved them. I didn’t get to taste one, but she tells me they are fabulous! I would highly recommend Sugar Glaze.

The service was good, with quick preparation and delivery. However, in terms of the quality of the macarons, I am afraid these chocolate-hazelnut macarons were the worst macarons I've ever had. The biscuit was very hard and the filling was definitely missing any kind chocolate flavour.

Emailed the shop about getting 30 Macarons in time for a kids birthday party. Emailed back answering the query probably within half an hour. Advised when baking next and should arrive in plenty of time. Also told was easier to order through their own web site.
Arrived on the Wednesday having ordered the Friday afternoon and being baked on the Monday.
Box was all sealed properly round the edges.
Very good job.
Macarons the kids and parents liked as well so good performance all round.
