Really good customer service. Everything is okay but on Sugargoo you couldn't buy some brands. Slow delivery, it took almost a month to delivery my package to Poland. I understand that I have ordered in peak of season so in fact of that I rate Sugargoo for 5 stars

Awaiting late delivery
Shopping was fine, until waiting forever to be shipped to the factory, then finally paying for shipping to my address, it said estimated arrival is 8-15 days, but the order still hasn't arrived and I placed it on November 7th, 19 days ago. I have not recieved any information either, or option to change shipping.

Sorry that you find the shipping cost higher than what you expected. Actually our prices are relatively low when comparing with other agents. To save on the shipping cost, you can keep an eye on us and get coupons from various events.
Currently if you open our site, you can click "Black Friday * Cyber Monday" and get coupons from there.
Sugargoo app op
Sugargoo application works perfectly, no flaws. But depend on wich item you want to buy, you going to have problems and get refunds, that makes the process slower and blurs away the plans you got for each item and need to search a new one. Again, it’s not sugargoo products or ads (third party sellers) but it would be greater if the app just didn’t let you buy the goods that can’t be shipped.
Great application still, 100% recomend
